Kimilla please recommend a kriya for "Building Patience".

I'm a young man relatively new to all this. Despite my physique I cannot last anywhere near as long as you do with some of these poses/exercises, your endurance must be through the roof! I find myself stopping multiple times to pant and breathe some more and my body keeps convulsing with energy. You probably could beat me in an arm wrestling contest because of how powerful a woman you are.

Anyway, thank you so very much for all this, I'm going to learn as much from you as I can!
