Generative music is a type of music that is created through a set of rules or instructions that generates new musical patterns and sequences over time. Generative music emerges from a process of improvisation and variation precisely by arranging notes via probability and randomness

This generative music is in the style of the pioneering ambient artist Brian Eno, known for his experimental and atmospheric compositions. The video showcases the endless possibilities of the generative modulations, as the sound evolves and transforms in real-time. From delicate soundscapes to intensifying bass, the MicroFreak is used to create an ever-changing musical journey.

In my opinion, the MicroFreak is a very underrated synth capable of doing almost anything!
