@KenBeans why did you stop playing controller? Also, why would someone like moneymaker who can play Kbm just and good as controller, choose the controller? His aim and mechanics are as good if not better on Kbm. Is it for simplicity?

Instead of this i would consider to buy keyboard and mouse

how about for building? i cant place a wall and floor while simultaneously jumping and moving the analog stick, it just spirals out of control and moves up very fast.

The kontrolfreek point that it improves your aiming is not really correct.
Unfortunately I do not have any kind of data or something similar to support my argument but I bet that there are some if not many/several pro players that do use default sticks in a competitive setting and by virtue of them being pros, do "just" fine.
So this is anecdotal evidence... do with it whatever you will:

I have a lot of experience with both, playing with heightent sticks (even way higher than kontrol freeks) and default sticks.
I have to say that when I wasn't quite as experienced heightent sticks helped maybe a little bit but nevertheless I still had to get used to playing with them.
My aim is pretty much the same. When I was usually playing default sticks, my aim wasn't any worse off compared to when I was used to playing with heightent thumb sticks.

Now, I think, when I remember correctly, shooting very distant players was a teeny tiny bit easier with heightent sticks compared to default sticks, however the height that I used for it being more effective was at least the high sticks of kontrol freek or even the high ones from Gaimx (german company).
I'd say whatever you play more and therefore get used to is going to be easier for you to play with.
The same is true in so many other things and aspects.
Like in tennis, playing with a bigger racket has more space to hit the ball, therefore the likelyhood of missing the ball is slimmer. Guess what, it doesn't really pan out in real life.
When playing guitar (probably classical guitar more so than other styles of guitar) with relatively short nails should be more difficult than longer nails, because you have less nail to play the string and the likelyhood of you missing the string for instance is higher....it doesn't pan out in real life either. If you are used to playing with short nails, than playing with these short nails is going to be easier fo you.
If you are used to playing with longer nails, playing with longer nails is going to be easier for you but however you can change, start playing with shorter nails and get used to playing with shorter nails....if you are used to playing with default sticks, playing with default sticks is going to be easier for you and you'll do pretty much just as good as others that don't play with default sticks.

I bet that there are also many or at least several pro players that do use default sticks.

watching your videos as a casual gamer who's in it just for the fun and not necessarily the competition is honestly smth else. Amazing how good you can become

I could tell u a massive tip bro don’t aim with ur index ? Play double claw aim and shoot with middle this is what makes it natural this is what I’ve done since cod 4 before it was even called claw

Forget control freeks. I have a ps5 controller and I super glued 3 times together then stuck them to my right stick using putty. Now sure the grip on them isn't the best but its good enough

i recently started playing the ps3 again and when i went to play fortnite after, my claw felt messed up. i think this is because the ps3 controller is smaller and i wasn’t using claw for the games i was playing on ps3
