Hmm it looks like UE5 does a better job of rendering out the shadows, especially under small things like leaves and bushes, the shadows look a lot more accurate. I would imagine this would be great for creating amazing HDR content.

Beside shadows I can’t really see much a difference.

Unreal Engine 4 is an engine that holds up really well. But Unreal Engine 5 has that lighting edge, those slightly more richer shadows and that subtle indirect light really makes a difference and almost hones into real time photo realism which is amazing.

5 is blurrier what have u done ? stupid game engine get rid of it

Seem they improve texture and lightning.

cant tell a whole lot of difference but im sure ue5 wasnt optimized for this because it seems very lacking in a detail and lighting upgrade

Yea, UE4 looks great still BUT let us not forget that UE5 allows for REAL TIME lumen, it will be a game changer in games and such, but highly rendered scenes will always look goodZ
