My list:

-Literacy
-Nutrition knowledge
-Critical thinking (learning how to think for yourself, being logical, knowing when to say no).
-Math
-How to talk to the opposite sex without making a fool of yourself.
-Living in reality (there aren't 78 genders, sorry marxists).
-Personal financial skills.
-Public-speaking.
-Doing taxes.
-Starting a business.

Have you ever met someone and thought he or she must be working out ?
Now have ever had this experience with someone who meditates. Therefor I put it to you that meditation has no real pratical immpact whatever benifits the proponents claim. And how many people do you know that have been doind meditation voor many, many years. How many people do you know have been excercising regularly for many years ?

Susan Wojcicki was handed everything she has in life by marrying the right man. Why do I want to hear her opinion about anything whatsoever? What a crap video. And what are these "things that really matter"??? I'm supposed to get all this extra time for "things that matter" like, sending my kids away all day to daycare or school, watching my wife drive off to work, and being alone at home coding for some company founded by Susan Wojcicki's tennis instructor after she gave him 50 million in seed money???

Outstanding. I've been doing these consistently for decades. I would add these other 4. 
#11 Learning another language: Helps with brain function and is just flat out necessary today.
#12 Playing a musical instrument: Also helps with brain function and promotes general well being.
#13 Deep Reading: Immersive reading improves both language and cognitive skills. Reading something like The Undiscovered Self by Carl Jung also helps with #7.
#14 Organizational Skills: None of these can happen without organizational skills. We all need to learn how to properly plan out our lives.
