Ive been in a slump and I am 25. Though I have decided to reborn myself. Now, though I do not have enough money to go to gym, I am doing simple workouts at home and jog once per 2 days. I am not a round fat but i do have thigh and belly fat. My goal is to get to 72kg (I am 174cm ish and 83kg right now). I dont want 6 packs and all those muscle i just want a lean and fit body. Also, no more pr0n.

It has been a week ish, I dont remember when did I start. And I can feel it boosts my confidence a bit. I can confidently come to girls and talk with them ( I am at a language school right now but I am going back to my country soon. So, not a whole lot more chance to meet people in class, might as well do my best to talk to everyone before going home). I can also do a bit more push up and sit up per rep (I could only do 3 push up and 5 ish sit up before my muscle giving up when I started). I also managed to jog further and I believe I can also push it further but I do not want to push myself over the limit.

My goal is to get it down in a year. I hope I could see some more result before new year. Guys, wish me luck. To the new me.
