Would ppf prevent damage to your paint from vinyl wrap? I understand it's expensive, but I wanted to do a hood and roof wrap not the entire car

It got damaged more on the window probably because class is an insulator. The roof is metal, so it'd spread that heat to every other metal piece and keep the wrap generally a lot cooler im guessing.

Will keeping the car covered with a car cover help with wrap?

Say for instance someone’s door was to hit your newly wrapped car how bad of a damage would it cause to the wrap? I know it can scuff actual paint off but will a wrap not have any problems with objectives like this?

Hey! I have owned taxis in the Stockholm area, Sweden. We have a winter climate that is very tough for the cars with a lot of gravel and salt splash during the winter months. It has lasted well...been OK for 2-2 1/2 years, then the edges have started to loosen and the surface has faded.
