Thank you! That was very informative!
ОтветитьAre you able to cut the led strip at the cut lines and then extend it with a 3 conductors wire to bridge a gap?
ОтветитьDo you have any recommendations on enclosure for diguno?
Thanks for the video, great job at explaining!
Great video !
Question:
How do you use a single strip but hide certain LED lights while you are using that strip, for example you want them hidden behind a board and then continue on lit, and then hide them again behind another board.
I can’t seem to find out how to turn off individual LED lights on the same strip?
Sr I need your help for years I tried to do this but I don't know to much can you please help me
ОтветитьI was making wifi changes to my diguno and now I can't find the wifi connection anywhere, the app can’t find it either. Is there a way to reset it? Can someone help! Thanks
ОтветитьLol good video!! Thanks
ОтветитьSegments are not saved
I break the tape into segments
1 segment 0-75
2 segment 75-95
save and reboot
I see it uses Alexa, but what about Google Home?
ОтветитьMy wife picked up some white balls that are battery operated color changing LED Some are about 8" big and another that is about 12" big. We have them placed around our pool in the landscaping. We have 7, but would like to pick up a few more. I would like to take the battery part apart toss the cheap LED and run something like this to them, Maybe 4-6 pixels in each to give some effect if possible. How would I go about running them? they will be about From where they are plugged in to the last one is probably just under 100'. Would this control be a good fit for this?
ОтветитьWould that work with SmartThing by Samsung?
Ответить🇧🇩
ОтветитьI love the video and great explanations. Dentists are going to hate your example of stripping wire with your teeth. I did that a lot in my 20's, cracked a tooth, and am still paying for it now, in my '70's. NOT recommended!
ОтветитьThis video waa adorable.
ОтветитьHave you found any 12mm module/bulb like this that can make a decent Warm White, or only warm white?
ОтветитьI've been going down the rabbit hole looking for info just like this, so thank you very much. Is there any way to do something similar to this but with buttons/switches programmed for different effects? For example, 1 button would be white light, another button for green, another button for an effect, etc. etc.?
ОтветитьIs there any videos on how to add motion sensors?
ОтветитьGreat intro to lightstrips
ОтветитьI am truly enjoying all your videos that I have seen. I want to use led lights for Christmas this year. I don't know if I should use led strips, or bulbs. 5V or 12V (Is this like VHS or BETA) lol. I want to start out with the roof line of my house and the front windows. I have calculated the total number of feet but I don't know how many strands of lights I would need like the old school Christmas lights. I have seen where you need to inject power after so many pixels. How would I know if I need more than one DigUno for what I want to do. So many questions, I start getting overwhelmed so I hope you can point me in the right direction. I will keep watching all your videos and try to figure this out. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and expertise.
ОтветитьI bough 2 rolls, now seeing how complicated, im giving away
ОтветитьThanks for the education. I am going to outline my house this year. I simply want to alternate two solid colors for different seasons (i.e. Christmas, 4th of July etc.). No effects or chasing. Can that be programmed with WLED? Thanks.
ОтветитьI know this video is older but, I was curious if there was a 24v RGB W+WW version of a WLED controller?
ОтветитьNice work👍
ОтветитьI'd like to install a total of 66 feet (20 meters) of 60/m WLED strips around my room. I've watched many videos but I'm still lost on figuring out the proper power setup, and finding the proper controller for my WLEDs.
How would you guys recommend I approach this project of mine in regard to power supply especially, and controller?
Could of just got an goove led strip that already preset up and just plug and play
ОтветитьHoly freaking frack not too confusing is it 🤦🏻♂️ lol. I like how you can set the effects like the fireworks and whatever else it has. Can they be purchased already programmed for different effects instead of the boring blinking and fading modes?
ОтветитьHello, I notice DigUno's are not available..
Does WLED work with any WLED controller? Or is it specific to the dig?
DON'T show your dentist this video!
ОтветитьThis is actually fucking great
ОтветитьPlanning small display for RV. Is internet required for operation?
ОтветитьGreat tutorial but the board you featured, you sell it and it’s not in stock
ОтветитьCan you do light shows with this set up ??
ОтветитьDrZzs - Do you recommend WIFI or Ethernet for sending info to the WLED controller?
ОтветитьYou should be doing this on a static Matt you shouldn't be sitting there on the carpet. Otherwise, you're doing a very good job explaining.
ОтветитьThat DigUno thing, while extremely useful, is hella expensive
ОтветитьTalk about doppelganger lol . I can't wait until my son is old enough to do projects like this with me :)
Ответитьyou do these as in diy custom computer wleds? ;) ;) ;)
ОтветитьWhat is the benefit of using 12v leds?
Ответитьvery very cool, Just what I needed !
ОтветитьGreat noob step by step..
ОтветитьI just bought a Diguno. I also bought 4 stips of 12v LEDs, 300 LEDs per strip. I also bought a 12v 600 watt 50amp power supply to run them. WLED says that is to many leds. Is there a way to get a single run that long?
ОтветитьYour son looks a lot like my son
ОтветитьGreat job, but why do Americans use anything but wagos to connect wires?
ОтветитьThis was awesome. Looks like I will be doing this in my office. Thanks for the info.
ОтветитьIf I did the same thing but used 60 leds/m, would I need power injection if I am only using color animations?
ОтветитьIs there a limit to the length of the extension wire you created?
Ответитьthank you for this! Doing first one right now!
ОтветитьThank you!!!
