in the cpu test we need to see latency and minimum fps, not average...

I'm happy with my i7 12700. i9 is a huge overkill if you want a CPU just for gaming / streaming.

Unless you're planning on playing at 4K 60 fps on RPCS3, there's really no need to buy an i9 for gaming.

If only gaming, go for the i5-12600K even if not planning to OC, the E-Cores will help a bunch, if gaming+streaming, get the i7-12700 with a B660, 2 extra physical cores, 4 more threads

so for simple gaming - I think it doesn't matter which processor you will choose, if you have good ram and videocard - all these 4 will work same for GAMING

bro you showed the average fps which is not the best factor to differenciate different tiers of intel processor

you should include the 1% and 5% low fps so that its easier to decide the processor according to needs

So to own anything over a 12400 for gaming amd included is just for bragging rights

Hello. I have an i5 12500 paired with rtx 3070ti with 2x16GB ddr4 3200MHz on a TUF B660mobo but I only get 120FPS in Caldera. My GPU usage is only 60% and I get the same FPS on 1440p with higher GPU usage. Could you tell me pelase how did you solved to get high GPU usage in 1080p?

well, i know. its best to benchmark popular games because you reach the most amount of people that way,, yet most of them arent very cpu intensive. the ones that are, almost never get benchmarks. games like cities skyline, planet coaster/zoo, anno 1800. games that run on 35 fps, while the gpu gets bored at 55% usage.
