Bolvar became LK because Arthas died and there was a need for a replacement. Sylvanas is an elf who fought for 1000+ years, a general, a faction leader and she was empowered by a titan+ lrvrl bring. There was no reasonable way for Bolvar to win. Also, lets talk about Bolvars feats.......he went to fight the LK!!! He died. The end. And who created LK? Jailer. Same guy who wnats Sylvanas to win this fight and same guy who boosted Sylvanas. There was no chance for Bolvar to win.
