Ответитьfollowed this and ended up with an expored video file that was 2x as big. i went from 500 gig video to over a gig. wtf. and the video prerview is terribal too. even at all the normal settings of the video i am getting a terribal preview. i just want easy compression to upload vidoes over 5 mins
ОтветитьGreat video! Thank you! I have however in my videos encountered a real loss in image quality after using handbrake. Every few seconds, the image degrades considerable then continues. Any thoughts on this? Les
ОтветитьQuestion: Should I use Handbrake on video clips before adding to my iMovie project or after exporting iMovie file?
Ответитьpowerful work
ОтветитьWhy is it when I do this, the file is actually bigger than the original. I'm following the instructions. In reality, Handbrake is worthless other than converting to a different format.
ОтветитьDoes anyone know the best settings for smoother slow motion footage, my source is 1080i50
Ответитьhandbrake is the best thing possible (from what ive seen anyway) for ripping dvds for use with something like plex, though personally i use makemkv to rip the dvds first, then transcode after
ОтветитьThis was great. Love when people get right to the point and never get off topic. Thank you
Ответитьnice quick tutorial, one question, when selecting the audio, what should i use to prevent any audio quality loss? example, how do i keep the same DTS-HD MA instead of having it compressed into a stereo mix?
ОтветитьI changed the file extension from .m4v to .mp4 before starting the encoding, but when I try to upload the video as an Instagram reel, half of the video turns into a black screen. Suggestions?
Ответитьhow can i merge two different audio file into one video file in handbreak is that possible?
ОтветитьI've downloaded the software but it wont let me use it until I downloaded NetRuntime (?)
I tried it but it still wont let me use it.
How do I do it with transparent videos?
ОтветитьCan I suggest inserting close ups of tab activity? I really struggled to actually see what you were doing. X
ОтветитьThe .m4v extension was actually causing me issues in uploading the Instagram reels. Thanks to you, I just renamed it to mp4 and it works now
ОтветитьWhat is the significance of changing the audio bitrate? does the audio sound more "raspy" ?
ОтветитьPlease do we have a version for Android phone
ОтветитьVery informative, thanks for sharing it with us...dl
ОтветитьCool and informative video but you're not really compressing a video if you're making the file size larger
ОтветитьHandbrake is trash. Takes forever and it gives a larger file size most the time.
ОтветитьYou are a lifesaver!!! Excellent tutorial, thank you. Done and done.
ОтветитьThank you, this video was very helpful!
ОтветитьThank you for this great content
ОтветитьGreat tutorial. Thank you.
ОтветитьThank you for making it easy.
ОтветитьGreat tutorial, thank you! I would note that on a Mac, Handbrake requires you to rename the file because it will not overwrite the source file. It also saves the file as an .MP4, so no need to change the filename extension.
Using your recommended settings, Handbrake compressed a 612MB video down to 101MB. I'm saving a lot of tutorial videos to my iPad, so this will be extremely helpful.
Good presentation. The only problem I had(watching it on iPad) was reading and following diagrams on screen, everything seemed tiny. I found pausing video helped.
ОтветитьCan we change the settings while the videos are being compressed? Mine is showing the time remaining as "eternity"! 😨
ОтветитьCan you make a ISO from 5,8 gb smaller to put it on DVD with handbrake?
ОтветитьInstall missing framework for .Net, even after installing nothing happens same error pops again somebody help please
Ответитьthank yo so much! very helpful :)
ОтветитьHandbrake for Mac has always encoded videos into saved format mp4. The latest version as of this date is Version 1.5.1 and it gives you the option to save in mp4 or mvk
ОтветитьI have been using Handbrake for almost a year plus now. You failed to have explained all the tabs as seen but rather you skipped one of the tabs that I use to edit. Please confirm if that is fine for me.I am referring to the Filters tab. I am to turn all the settings off or just one?
Ответитьyoooo the man right here!! tryna show my friends turning red but its 1.8gb so i gotta compress it. and damn, its only taking like under 20 mins so thats cool
ОтветитьThanks very much for your tutorial Charles, very useful. Cool accent too!
Ответитьuseless, lost my time trying to shrink mp4s
ОтветитьGreat pro video tutorial
ОтветитьFirst off, thanks for going over the basics. Much Appreciated. Do you happen to know if there is anyway to see the size of the File Output before you export it?
ОтветитьI have very slow internet speed and usually watch videos at 360p but I can play this video at 720p without lag
