Seconds are important to. I was watching this bat man cartoon were Tempest Fuget ( the clock king) said to his intern " It take aproximatly 2 minutes and thirty seconds to take these files to room 2a and back but it took you 5 minutes" and the intern was like "uh like I had to go to the bathroom" so he fliped out and fired him and went on a life long crime spree.

Dear roks7223, The rule for data analysis and data extraction is; "recognize a pattern". In your example, if it is V you want, then you would build a formula to find V. If it was 1, then you would build a formula to find the 1. Always, when you are do data extraction, you have to look at all the data and find a pattern that was consistent. Any answer comes from looking at all the data. What does all your data look like? What consistent pattern is there? --excelisfun
