What I know about this the theory: the small girl with the purple kimono was a orphan and she would get jealous since everyone in her village had a mother or someone who cared about them but she didn’t have one day a mysterious creature showed up and decided to be her mother when she and her mother say the other family’s she got jealous and I think that she killed everybody in the village

explanation for dummies (like me): the girl with the purple kimono is Chihiro, and Chihiro is human in the video so we'll call her human Chihiro. Human Chihiro didnt have a mom, and would get very jealous whenever she saw other girls playing with their moms because she didnt have one, or her mom died, so she prayed for a mother or some woman to adopt her, and then "Mother", who we're gonna call Shadow Lady, came out of nowhere and decided to be human Chihiro's mom, and human Chihiro was happy, but seeing how others had complete families and friends, she was still jealous, and Shadow Lady basically took advantage of that and maybe possessed and tricked her :3

Some people who dont know: the girl ( chichiro) she was sad because she was a orphan child with no mother she wished that she could have a mother and take her to the temples untill she prayed on enzukai ecomplience and then she saw a mother figure that was a entity and tried to possess her she got possessed one day and obsessed with hide and seek.

In book 2 rin and chihiro turned into monsters bc of their jealousy and enzukai is the beast of jealousy,
