Man, I remember grinding for diamond everything. I went for the knife, shield and ballistic first because I knew they’d be frustrating. Destroyed my KDR but I eventually brought it up to a 2.25 or 2.5 lifetime KDR on BO2

Agr is my favorite killstreak of all time. In objective based game modes it’s literally and extra teammate but not a garbage one.

Stacking score streaks in BO2 was nuts. I had some 100+ kill games

Always ran UAV, hunter killer, sentry gun. Wasn’t normally able to go on a massive tear and get swarms. These kill streaks do wonders for an average players k/d.

Cod just needs to re release these games as they were same maps guns streaks everything

i remember trying to play bo2 and i spent hours trying to find a lobby with no cheaters i finally found one but after awhile a cheater joined and i just quit the game entirely i miss the old days of bo2

Always ran spy splane, counter spy plane and VSAT cuzI loved the gun play in this game, it was literally perfect. Each weapon was fun to use.

Coming back to this video bo2 had some really good killstreaks some of my favorites so many memories with them

CoD literally has an example set for them to copy off of in order to make their next good game. Good 3 lane maps, minimal SBMM, a lot of good balanced guns, and alot of good balanced killstreaks

i played this in the wii (or wiiU i dont remember) and the wiimote was like hacking because u have free aim (point and click), kill cams were very strange because in the replay the weapon stayed in the center but the bullets were like going in very strange angles xD

Any remote kill streak that’s an explosive that drops on you from above or something like the hunter killer drone, used to and I swear they always went for me. Predator missiles in MW3 were another one. They’d go after me and hit the roof of the building I was hiding in. I hate top down weapons and get ptsd whenever I hear anything related to them.

Dogs, Vtol, and Lodestar were the best combo, the dogs would take out all the dudes hidng indoors while you clean up with your lodestar and vtol, then by the time your vtol is done you basically had enough score to call in a new lodestar, which would give you enough for more dogs and another vtol. Rinse and releat and if youre in a decent spot and kept yourself safe with the score streaks youd just be bombing the lobby with dogs cleaning up campers the rest of the match.

EMP, Warthog, LODESTAR (Or FUCKSTAR), VTOL, K9 and SWARM are all broken and obnoxious as fuck. The matches were ruined once any of these were launched into action. The Lodestar has way too many counters available to launchers and it's too powerful, which means the dominant team just becomes even more dominant. I promise you now, rage quitting was a huge issue in Black Ops 2 largely down to the score streaks.
Swarm basically means, let's just totally screw the opposition and give them no chance of winning.

I have left out Orbital VSAT as it's considered a supporting function and you still have to be aggressive to take advantage of the benefits it offers.

MW2 killstreaks were broken as well, but I felt the defenders had more of a fighting chance at overcoming the Harrier, AC130, Pave Low and Attack Helicopter. Yes, I'm talking about cold-blooded... it had a clear drawback in that you couldn't equip stopping power as well.
