Fallout 4 15 best FPS and performance mods 2022

Excellent, while watching the video installing the mods thru the handy links took me half a hour and Fallout 4 runs flawless in 4k 60/120fps and looks good to boot. Thanks man !

So for me right now on my all AMD modern system the 1 setting that kills my fps in downtown Boston seems to be shadow distance. With that set to medium i jumped back up to 70s. Rx 5700xt, ryzen 5 5600, 16 gigs 3200mhz. Ssd.

Good mods! Have installed most of them and it looks like it is better now. But there is one problem that I haven't been able to solve. Sometimes when a condition like sleeping or eating appear game stutters for less then a second. This happens in and outside combat and it is rare but still if there is a way to "cure" this or maybe if somebody is aware of the reason why it is happening will be grateful to know.
Edit: Was the drivers. Using radeon adrenalin 23.5.1 now. Very pleased with it.

i just upgraded my RAM to DDR 32GB. And my graphics card from NVIDIA 1660 Super 6GB to AMD 6800XT 16GB. My CPU is old, its a i5-10400F, that runs at 4000MHZ.
I still get shit performance (25-35FPS with massive stuttering) near USS Constitution, Swan's Pond, combat zone, outside goodneighbor etc.
Everywhere else its 60FPS.
Fallout 4 is terrible, but im addicted to modding it. I spend 100s of hours on modding it, and maybe 5 hours of actually playing it, with mostly testing out ini file settings, graphics settings, and load order settings...
The problem with Boston FPS fix is that is no longer being updated, it makes my game run smoother than PRP, BUT it has issues with Thuggysmurf's new content mods.
The problem with PRP is no one really knows what the damn load order for all its different patches is...and you are perpetually modding.

Ya and on xbox, it just crashes, no need for frame drop when the frames freeze and I have to her a annoying sound, and I have tried so many mods to fix that, and well I guess i was just born with bad luck, or too dumb to understand load orders,

All the mods here are available on PC

Half of the Mods that you mentioned are available for Xbox one to series x & s

And only a fraction are available on PlayStation

Some of these sound like they will be really useful for my Steam Deck installation of Fallout 4. F4SE isn't well supported on Linux and I keep my frame rate locked at 40 FPS/hz, so not all will be applicable.

Fun fact the budget to produce Fallout 4 was 5 billion but yet only 120 million was actually spent in the production of the game the rest was spit on advertising to make the game seem more popular than what it was to investors to ensure they weren't aware that they got ripped off on financial supporting a game that was not optimized and by the way Fallout 4 to this day only made 100 million in Revenue so I'm calling it they got ripped off and so did we

i'm having this issue where the game stutters and freezes every minute and a half, then it goes back to 60 fps, then repeat

Anyone know how to fix my game lag spîing when renderinh new areas, its really annoying. I use mods but non of the fps mods help. Or im doing it wrong

Honestly this game is great over 100fps, but I personally just think it's all around smoother at 60 fps locked.

I had left you a like but you spoiled the destruction of the Prydwen that I had not seen yet so I took it out. The game is many years old so it's partly my fault but I didn't expect that being a mods video and not a gameplay video you'd show spoilers. Be careful with that if you want the channel to grow or people will avoid it

Disabling volumetric lighting alone made my fps go from 20 to 60 inside buildings lmao

I have metal textures of the trees at distance view when i use BNS. Any tip to fix it?

I actually got the Boston area to have 60 FPS with ultra preset. I even explore the area with my fatman and unlimited mini nukes. But after installing and uninstalling LODs mod it went back to 30.

Can i use all these mods altogether??

No mod can solve the no go area that is Boston! Its an unexplored area of the map that relentlessly crashing is the enemy
