I really hope you read this, Im in the journey of starting my own marketing agency, but the main problem is I HAVE NEVER worked on Facebook ads/tiktok/google ads. But I did watch a good amount videos of Joel and his partner Isaac about service delivery on Facebook and TikTok. My question to you is, If im still a bit far off, Whats the best way for me to gain hands on experience before I start selling myself as a Business. I am quite confident in my sales skills but what I lack is technical skills. So please could you answer

QUESTION: I dont know if I should continue Social Media Management or start Social media marketing/lead gen. I have spent quite some time learning social media management(which I can sell for 800$-1100$ approximately. Im not sure if i should continue with it until am succesful or start Social media marketing/lead gen which I can sell for 3000$-5000$ with a very good offer/service. At the moment i am leaning towards continueing and then reinvesting what i earn, to scale a Marketing/lead gen agency.
Right now im doing outreach on upwork for Management, where i am seeing very few results, and i cant really track where shit goes wrong through the website.
I not quite sure if i would be able to do other forms of outreach as management is not as "high ticket"
(I am 17 years old and a very mature, driven, ambitious and disciplined person.)

Just signed my first client today and I honestly think a lot of the free value you post here helped me close them. I will use this strategy to get my foot in the door of my niche and I have already built a good relationship with my client over 2 meetings so I think this strategy can work well!

Very sick idea, just with high level and other softwares my running costs would be like £465 outside of free trials if I started delivering for someone for free. Not sure if it’s worth taking that monthly hit until I sign

How would you recommend going about making a good offer? I have a niche of which I'm very experienced (Fitness/Martial arts), but I'm not an experienced with facebook ads, google ads, or social media management. Should I learn at least one of these skills before I start signing clients, or should I focus on finding VAs that have these skills?
