Since this video is 5 years old, I hope that things at the viaduct changed a lot, because I read somewhere else that a) the train passes the bridge quite slowly and b) it may even stop in the middle of the bridge to let passengers take photos themselves. If this is the case, one could even have time to take different compositions. We'll see the next 2 weeks.
ОтветитьLove the Harry Potter shot and the beautiful lighting on the tree shot. Love the last one of the castle.
ОтветитьWow so amazing. Finally I go next year for the first time to schotland
ОтветитьBeautiful place and beautiful photos....
ОтветитьWatching your videos gets me motivated to do more landscape photography. Seeing your process, and the final result, is a real treat. Thank you, Mads! Keep making this content!
ОтветитьI really like the lone silver birch against the mountains with the dramatic light. So many beautiful contrasting colours.
ОтветитьThe Jacobite train goes to Mallaig
ОтветитьFantastic Mads, that's the first time I've seen Kilchurn Castle with the footpath leading in. Hope the midgies weren't too bad for you, they can be a right pain.
ОтветитьThank you...
ОтветитьGreat work, stunning locations. I really appreciate the time you take to explain locations and best photography spots
ОтветитьWatching the Photographing Britain series, absolutely outstanding, and your images! Well truly stunning.
ОтветитьI'm late to the party, but am loving your whole Britain series.
ОтветитьRevisiting your videos from Glencoe. I watched them before I went on my first photo trip to Glencoe last year, and it's so amazing to see them again 😁
Ответитьwhy is drone flying a nono?
ОтветитьBeautiful shots 😍
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьAgain some great photos, l loved the picture of the Silver Birch. Keep up the good work.
ОтветитьGlad you liked Scotland, Mads. It is a beautiful country, as is Denmark! Subscribed after seeing this and your video of the boats at Slettestrand. I am from the eastern side of Scotland, but thanks for visiting, haste ye back!! :-)
ОтветитьHi Mads, are you planning to release a location map from Scotland similar to the one for Iceland? I'd be a happy buyer :-)
ОтветитьGood video, same as your other video's. I noticed you put details about how the photo was taken in some video's, like the aperture and used filters, but not in this one. It would make it even better.
ОтветитьReally enjoyed your work. The Bridge of Orchy birch trees looked magical. As a Scot, I have been to all these locations but they never looked as good as your images. Thank you.
ОтветитьFantastic video!
ОтветитьThe wind was so strong when I was at Kilchurn castle that photography was almost impossible. Another reason to return though.
ОтветитьWonderful video ! Love the scenery, your photography and your passion !
ОтветитьI have just binge watched all these episodes and they are truly amazing! But I'm surprised no one has told you that the top of your hat is missing!
ОтветитьI feel extremely lucky to call Scotland my home! :o
ОтветитьI absolutely love your videos!! Keep up the geat work and also visit the latin american landscapes. Would love to hear your take on it... question is how do you know in which areas are drones allowed in Scotland? Or is it you look around and take a decision about whether or not to fly?
ОтветитьThank you! Lots of good advice and nice photos. Very useful since I will visit Scotland later this year. The long exposure is exactly what I would have done in the „lemon situation“
ОтветитьJust planning my Scotland and Ireland trip in the July and August... so your videos come quite handy 😉📸
ОтветитьYour videos are the best!
ОтветитьWell done Mads. I find your videos inspirational.
ОтветитьGreat vid of my homeland. Sometimes it takes a visitor to give renewed respect for a familiar place as you see it afresh through their eyes. Great videos. You have a new subscriber.
ОтветитьAnother excellent vlog 👍
ОтветитьMads, I'm a danger when it comes to photography but any time I see your videos it makes my day. Cheers!
ОтветитьVery good eilean donan shot. Its wierd how such a small shift in the perspective can shake off a lot for the cliches surrounding the typical composition
Ответитьbeautiful pictures ...I really like the one where you stopped and took the picture of the tree in the light and the hills in the background..
ОтветитьWe love your work and videos Mads - Photography is such a special experience !
ОтветитьAmazing again Mads. I just can't get enough of your videos. Looking forward to your Iceland videos with Nigel too
ОтветитьGood work my friend.
ОтветитьThank you so much for your brilliant videos of Scotland. I am off there in March and hoping to capture some wonderful views to photograph.
ОтветитьVery enjoyable and helpful film again Mads. We'll be up there in a couple of weeks and Kilchurn Castle was on our "must visit" list too. The advance information about the different spots to shoot it from is really useful.
ОтветитьI'm absolutely loving this series! Learning so much, thank you :)
ОтветитьWhat a gorgeous shot's of Kilchurn Castle 🏰
ОтветитьGreat video Mads, loved the shot of the silver birch
ОтветитьLovely video and I do admire your ability to make great images from poor light. I also like the fact that you give advice on the best focal lengths for a given location. Subscribed now.
