Doubt whether you'll see this, however I'm interested in the Y2K "bug" that seemed not to have bitten as the year turned from 1999 to 2000. Is it possible that this non-event has an interesting story that's been shelved?

After watching this video, a lot of things now make sense to me. However, I have questions regarding sizing into a trade and also ETF/Digital assets portfolio management. Often times I see myself sizing in when my pre-determined zone is met but I’m unsure what has the best potential: going with a full size order or sizing more as my the price extends further into my zone. And how are people making $450K already in this first half of the year? Sometimes the psychological part of this is the most difficult!

You can't be serious. I once was the person you described in the video. The "millionaire of the party" and i come from the basement. I was lost and it took me years to figure it out. Eventually i became natural at it only to leave it because it's empty, stupid and offers you nothing in return. A programmer would say: It returns no value LOL. Well i have some good memories that is true but in the end i regarded it as a waste of time.

So I am 34 and I just started to learn Java/Kotlin Android Development. But I notice one thing you all hunt that big money. My question is why you are hunting that one million or whatsoever? Why are you not happy with mothy income that you can pay your bills, car, health insurance if you are in the USA and etc.? My reason for coding is also that I earn extra money but in a way that I can pay car and apartment so my main job also doesn't suffer and I can save some money from that main job income. I don't understand why people are so greedy I am sure that 90% of you quit because you want that doomed 200k$ in a year!! If you think that being rich will make you happy then guess what you are WRONG it Won't!

If you're creative, you can do whatever you like with software engineering as long as your thinking diverges enough.

AI is only a copy of something else or like something else which is pretty worthless to me.

Just don't do it for getting ahead of everyone else.

No, those guys who party will not make it. Tate worked hard. He kickboxed, he made many businesses. You might see them at parties and stuff in old clips but they has a ton of discipline and exercises every day and have QUIT the pimp lifestyle. He advocates for you to not live these party lives. Partying is not the true happiness in life. The true happiness in life does not come from sin, it comes from doing what is right. Maybe my mindset is different but this is my point of view.

And yes, coding will most-likely not make you rich. Most people only see coding as a job to work for a boss but most people do not strive to be the boss. Once you become the boss, you succeed only in the money category, you will always have new things to master.

Success is dependent on the action or steps you take to achieve it. Show me a man who doesn't have an investment and I will tell you how soon he'll go broke. Investment is building a safe haven for the future: with the right choices of investment that has minimum risk and with an Expert guidance, profit and interest should be guaranteed.

I think coding is great for business owners. I ran a service based business on a platform market place for years. It sucked you get your reviews held hostage and you pay omg the market place fees are outrageous sometimes over 30% sometimes. I made a market place $28,000 and my company grossed $50,000 from the website but after labor fuel cost ect it was a lot less 😢

The more AI rises, the more GOOD AI engineers would be needed. Yes, it's too hyped...because people make money from hyping things. It's not just coding anymore, it's not about old companies. It's about new a field that will make people try to copy or have people who yes, coded, but now are in charge of new companies startups, and smaller businesses aiming to grow by using AI...but they need people who will create that kind of AI, it will be needed in every work place nowadays- you might get good money via connections, your status and skills...and you will definitely earn more than a software engineer. The more AI will expand to the most basic forms of everyday life, more than just chatgpt stuff, the more in demand a team of experts in AI will. And because you will basically have no jobs in the future as they are all replaced. I think learning all elements needed for getting hirrf, and try to get into this field at least by the next 3 years, will be the smarter than...well complaining that it's hard to master, and no jobs are available...because before the 2000s no jobs were available in coding as well
But then....
