Religion and spirituality is just a story you tell a kid when you both are staring at a scenic valley (think lion king) and later formalised stories were made and passed on as nationalism and propaganda development and increased even faster with written history and mass education… its hard to just say “kiddo, I don’t know what do you think”. But its the right thing everything else is nonsense
