Only stone button will work because of the length of the tick it gives. I was configuring the whole setup thinking what I did wrong. I switch the button and it started working.

Can this device also be used in an integrated version?

Hey! This is a great tutorial, but I’ve been having a problem with my machine, and I’m not sure what’s up. I’ve got everything working except they payout, when it lands on 3 in a row, the piston that connects the lectern to the comparators only goes down for a short bit, making the comparators only fire once, and I end up getting no prize. Is there any solution for this?

Hello! I built this machine and it’s awesome, but I had one issue the machine rewards randomly even when the machine has no matches. I’ve been trying to figure it out but I couldn’t. Any chance anyone can help?

Edit: While I haven't solved the machine eating diamonds, I HAVE solved moving the dispensers. An additional hopper where the bottom dispenser goes, then the dispensers, and a few adjusted observer placements is really all it took to move the output, you could probably even move it back another block if you really wanted.

So, I'm trying to build this on a server that doesn't allow the pressing of buttons, flicking of levers, etc, when in another player's territory. That rules out the shulker box and button feed system. I tried building it with a hopper in place of a shulker box, and it would go automatically, but if you threw in more than one diamond, it would just take the diamonds without additional games. There was also the possibility of the payouts being spat out into the hopper by the dropper, which was my biggest concern.

Is there a way to build this with the payout mechanism 1-2 blocks further back, with a trapdoor that covers the hopper, or locks the hopper when the system is running?

I'm not sure if anyone else has said this, a cursory glance says not.

If you're building this, make sure you have Redstone DOTS and NOT CROSSES where he has dots, like at the end on the blue wool and a few other places. It makes a HUGE difference. Like, the machine working vs not working or breaking itself entirely. You can change a cross to a dot by right clicking on it. You'll place a cross by default when placing redstone.

This tutorial came out before the snapshot in April 2020 which changed a lot about redstone. So if you're experiencing pistons not behaving properly, that could well be your issue.

Great video, i built it and it worked fine for some time but after some time of running the machine it started not giving out prize when there was 3 of any kind of blocks and it started giving prizes when some random combination of blocks appered. I cant figure out the problem but i belive it has something to do with the block placement or the composter. PLEASE HELP!!

hi, i have a problem, if someone spins diamond i set it to drop 9 diamonds but it drops only 4, also the dropper aims into a block so it doesnt drop, i placed a carpet. anyone could help? (i replaced the shulker with hopper, and removed the automatication)

Not sure why, but the item filter just doesnt want to work, i checked 5 times for correct placement. When i put 23 diamonds inside the upper hopper the lower one doesnt recieve a diamond. Comparator lights up tho, help would be appreciated

every time i win, no matter what colour, it allways only drops 2 gold. does any1 know what i did wrong?

So I just made this on my server . All 3 blocks were spinning, but then suddenly the one on the right (if I'm looking at it) stopped working, and I don't know why. Anyone else have any issues with this?

Hey! I’ve built this a few times. Super easy to follow. On my latest build though, the button doesn’t always work first time. I wondered if you have a solution?

does this work with any 3 blocks or does it have to be Dia, gold, and em?
Also instead of using diamonds for the gamble can I replace it with anything, assuming I fill the hopper with the corresponding item? for example netherite scrap, if I fill the hopper with 23 netherite scrap would that also work?

i was happy about finishing it, it didnt work but took me 1 hour. I don't want to play this game anymore

So I built this a while back, saw it again and remembered the problem I had. When I built it it worked fine for a while, but then once I left the area and came back, it stopped working, slots not moving, payouts not giving, etc. I think this had something to do with unloading but I never left while the machine was on? Anyone know anything about what might have happened?
