🙏💞 Thanks
ОтветитьI've been watching and following David Finch for 7 months or so. Since then I've learned so many things from him that i can't describe and i don't have words. He is my inspiration and everything in my art world.
ОтветитьAmazing could you do a ballpoint pen drawing face and how to use lines
ОтветитьI used to help Mark Pajarillo with some commission work and he taught me this concept and he mentioned you told him how to do this (along with other concepts). Really cool how you are still passing your knowledge along to everyone now.
Ответитьim a beginner artist and im still struggling with a lot of things, so this video helped me a lot. thanks ben shapiro!!
ОтветитьThat's bomb as he'll, I wish I had the skill to do this.
ОтветитьJesus died for our salvation and he loves you so much and he wants the best for you but we have to accept his help and read his word which is the bible
ОтветитьAmazing and very informative but please make another one with a different subject like a human face or eyes or anything organic.
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьAmazing
ОтветитьI realized I tend to do this but in a bad way, I use it as a crutch to make up for mistakes in my perspective and shape. I love the style but I really need to learn to draw my shapes the right way from the start and not just fill in everything when It doesn't work out. (I am a very new artist, so when I say shape I mean the "Rock" that you might mistake for a slime in a video game)
ОтветитьReally appreciated it greatly explained
Ответитьrespect boss finch. thank you
Ответитьwhat type of pencil are you using?
ОтветитьThank you so much for the video David!
ОтветитьBut how you Make it not dark
ОтветитьThis concept of negative space as shadows is not correct. Shadows are shadows. Negative space is negative space. They may look similar but they are not the same thing.
Ответить.75 speed sounds normal... did he speed up the audio?
Ответитьvery nice video Dave I learned very much
ОтветитьJust SUPERB!!!!!!
Ответитьdamn this guy is good take it from me, you could not find nothing like this easy in the 90s
ОтветитьThe hole by shoelaces drawing made me realise the in the insomniac logo is done with negative space
ОтветитьThank you much david it really helped me
ОтветитьI know, i am a bit late to the party. But i have to say, this was really helpful :) And its so flexible in terms of usage, if you think about it :D
ОтветитьI bought your drawing hands video years ago, it's been a great help.
Ответитьhi david thanks for the great un informative video
ОтветитьAnother amazing tutorial from David Finch. Every one of these is gold worth years of practice.
ОтветитьAre you left-handed?
ОтветитьZHComicart ?
ОтветитьDAVID PLS HELP ME I NEED TO LEARN COMIC ART BUT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MUSCLE PLACEMENT SHADOWING PLS HELP ME OUT I NEED TO LEARN IT I AM 13 AND I AM COPYING REFERENCES TILL NOW AND I FEEL VERY SAD ABOUT IT
ОтветитьThis was such a powerful tutorial. Thanks a lot!
ОтветитьWhat a useful tutorial! I never really thought about this, and it's really important and great to learn! And another thing that these tutorials have helped me with is being more patient with my pencil drawings, which is something I never had time to practice, and these tutorials give me that practice! Thanks so much Dave!
ОтветитьDavid, can you do a tutorial on drawing small characters? Drawing foreground and mid ground characters feels intuitive when it comes to detail. For some reason I try to add too much detail for small scale figures (background, small panels, etc). Then they start to get muddy. If I try to be minimal they turn out looking cheap and unfinished. Seems like every line counts more the smaller the figure.
ОтветитьDid you use negative space in your silver surfer drawing
ОтветитьGreat video, appreciate it 👣
ОтветитьThis will be my Bible!
ОтветитьHello sir david, can you do a tutorial putting a shadow or rendering of a male in a full body in a front view? Thank you
ОтветитьDavid, I really liked how you broke the flow of negative space shading. This concept is still a struggle for me. But this video helped me start getting my head wrapped around this method!!!
ОтветитьHe had the same pencil with zhc. Is it really that good?
ОтветитьCould you consider drawing a spell being casted?
ОтветитьIs there a book you would recommend to learn more about drawing in negative space?
ОтветитьI liked your tutorial so much!
ОтветитьHello David,Can you post tutorial on how to draw Neck muscles and Traps please?
ОтветитьI love your point about being able to create en edge of a face with another shape. This is basically just painting! Starting out with the big shapes and then going in and adding the details and softening transitions from dark to light.
ОтветитьPlz make a video how to draw believer shadows like humans
ОтветитьI really needed this. Your timing is impeccable. Good job and have a great day
Ответитьactually it's more accurate to draw from negative. because the way light hits object in reality. People tend to counture everything all the time
ОтветитьDAVE, POST ALL THE DESIGNS OF THE BOOKS FOR DOWNLOAD, I AM YOUR FAN, EMBRACE OF BRAZIL
