How to Edit the WordPress Comment Field

So I need 5 plugins just to have comment section? Comon....

How do i display the comments from a particular post in a slider or carousel form?

What I need to do is fairly simple but I don´t know where to go for this. My comment section form says "Leave an answer" in it´s title but I want to change it to "Leave a comment" (sounds more natural).

I want the email field in WordPress comments to allow only a specific email domain (eg: gmail) and restrict the rest with a message. Can anyone help me on this plz?
