Winco Loss Prevention is out of control here in Ca. My whole encounter is ongoing. I was set - up and immediately criminalized. I was never accused of stealing forced into a small room and i could not de-escalate the situation. My teenage daughter watched me having one of the WORST panic attacks and they responded with smiles and sarcasm, i keep having that moment replay in my head, so scary. But, the scariest moment is when my daughter had to witness me being assaulteted by the same ppl i had just complimented and exchanged positivity. It feels premeditated because they were so friendly and waited for me to order and pay for pizza. The same cute cashier i flirted with was loss prevention. Turns out my teenage daughter forgot to scan the 5$ popcorn seasoning. Two men patted her down in front of me AFTER she had already gave it up. I was accused of shoplifting, conspiracy, contributing to minor. They ask a question and when responding they would start yelling not letting me speak. Saying i talked too much at one point they even started acting as if I was becoming aggressive when I literally just sat back quietly. It was truly bizarre. The cashier that i complimented attempted to call me to her and when i was halfway out the door i realized my daughter 15 would have been with two men alone and so i stopped and the started pushing me out and beating my arm with fists and the door. She was crying yelling stop hurting my MOM, i felt so scared and helpless, vulnerable at that moment. They kept threatening me with police over and over. Then they mocked me and laughed in my face with the police. The police officer told me that i was going to jail and my kids would be taken. They took me outside forcing me to separate from my daughter with a room full of police all male 2 male loss prevention and only 1 female busy throwing herself at the officer. I got cited and banned from winco 4 days later CPS came to my house. Its all over a 5$ popcorn seasoning and a forgetful teenager. Im a single black mom girls 15 and under 501 c3 non profit i work with disadvantaged minority youth. Young men that are homless abused poor, too young to legally work. I teach meditation. Thank You The NHS Falsely Blamed Me For Been Mentally ill For 31 Years And Shuffled Me Off Into A Mental Health Hospital And Sectioned Me There For Several Months And Then Later On Forced Me Into Court On The Day My Father Died Because I Ended Up Threatening One Of My Ex Doctors Who Was as Much Later Investigated For Killing One Of His Patients Due To Inadequacy And One Of My Other Ex Doctors Was Struck Off For Fraudulent Behaviour Towards NHS Health Care Prescriptions And Inadequacy Towards 8 And A Half Thousand NHS Patients After I Was Forced Into Court I A Bit Later On Was Allocated To The Quays Medical Practice In Hull City Who Held Me There For 11 & A Half Years Kept Me Banned For Over 5 & A Half Years Then When My Finger & Toe Nails Was Coming Out Of My Body Bleeding Those At The Quays Medical Practice Forced Me Into Court And Caused Me To Receive A Criminal Conviction For Harassment Because I Sent Them Over 100 Letters Of Complaint Saying I Needed Medical Attention And Wanted To Leave And After The Court Room Appearance I Was Forced To Sit In A Secure Room Whilst A Security Guard Attended Whilst I Got Examined By A Doctor Who Saw That My Fingers And Toe Nails Came Out Of My Body And Diagnosed It As A Deadly Fungal Disease Infection And Before Those At The Quays Would Let Me Leave They Forced Me To Take A Risk Assessment For Violent Behaviour And Then Said To Me Oh Provided You Don't Press Charges Against Us You Can Leave Now Because You Haven't Been Violent Towards Us Or Any Other Person In The Story Street Building Have You This Is After They Had Been Setting Security Guards On Me For 11 & A Half Years And Using These Shield Security Guards To Deny Me Access To A Quays Medical Practice Doctor 😡 For Over 5 & A Half Years.

I purchased some baby formula two days ago. About a day later I realized that the formula was expired because my baby fell ill with diarrhea, vomiting and fever. Looked at the can date was expired. I shop at the store frequently and know most of the folks there. So I returned the remainder of the unused cans of formula along with my receipt looking for an exchange not even asking for a refund for the expired milk! It was very early morning because I was up all night with my infant. I walked in with my same bag only to have 3 associates follow me out of the store. I didn’t think they were possibly following me until they started pointing saying there she is. I couldn’t believe that I was being accused of being a thief. They began to yell you didn’t pay for that outside right at the entrance of the store! I called 911 myself but the operator refused to send out an officer and said I would need to talk to a lawyer. I immediately asked for the surveillance to be saved and reviewed after going in to meet with the manager for a formal complaint . My baby had to go to the doctor and I’m still up no sleep deprived had to take ibuprofen for extreme body aches headache due to the stress! Doctor definitely believes bacterial stomach virus/ infection from the bad formula. I’m so livid watching this I didn’t even think to get an attorney I just wanted those idiots fired but after watching this I’m making some calls in the morning.
