1. Progressively dilated fallopian tubes bilaterally with an injection of contrast consistent with bilateral hydrosalpinx. There is no
evidence of free peritoneal spillage bilaterally.

2. Small nodular outpouchings arising from the bilateral fallopian tubes, a finding that can be seen in the setting of salpingitis
isthmica nodosa.

Based on the results, would I be a candidate for selective salpingography and wire guide recanalization? Any way to fix this without tube removal and IVF? Thank you.

How much is this to pay for private I will pay anything to save me 9000 but apparently I'm told this is not the case in UK I had keyhole where there put dye down didn't even try to remove the blockage I feel in UK there just want to the money from you but yes my friend had hsg done and got pregnant the nexted month as it put a hole in your tubes that could last 3 months before closing back up why can't there give everyone that chance I had high egg quality back in 2017 after my op I paid for my egg quality checking in 2019 it was 8.9 now low so if anything that op caused me more damaged than it would of just to unblocked with the hsg test xray I do have endometriosis too with was found during my op my just been diagnosed with Adenomyosis too me been left like this is causing me more problems I just want a baby why is there such a big price on everything

I honestly don't know how I feel about IVF the success rate is not the best, especially for older women. I feel fertility clinics are better off at getting women to freeze their eggs at 30. It's extremely expensive for numbers that isn't promising and most times ppl require multiple attempts. Science has to come up with a better way to unblock tubes.

@InfertilityTv Hello. I had a HSG performed and apparently have proximal blockage on both my tubes. I was then advised that IVF is my only option and that they wouldn't even recommend surgery trying to opening my tubes as it's a fail most of the time. I looked at this video and asked my gynae if they had tried this method while performing the HSG and saw that the tubes are blocked, she said no it can't be done this way and I'll need to do a combined surgery of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Is this true at all? I am having my doubts... I'd love to hear your feedback. Thank you so much

Hello doc... I've been with the same man since 2005 got married in 2013 conceived our son in 2017 I was almost 36 in my ultrasound they found a benign tumor and boy did it grow... It was on top of my baby.. by gods grace an mercy I was told only a C-section.. we'll when they opened me up it was larger than expected they showed it to me and my husband and advised I'd be at risk to remove it changed my diet and it's now the size of a Navy Bean on my fallopian tube.. my obgyn advise me to see a fertility doc to see if removing it will weaken or strengthen my chances.. I ovulate every month and my hormones are the way they should.. is that considered a blockage?

Hi Dr., I had my pelvic ultrasound 2 days ago and they told me that I had one tube fully blocked and other one partially blocked.I’ll see my specialist in 3 weeks but I just keep thinking about it every day about my fertility because I’m 33 and have no kids yet. My question is that why I don’t have any symptoms to show that something wrong with my reproductive system until I had the ultrasound. I have regular periods, my 1st day always heavy flow and had period pain. My cycle is 26-28 days.

Also I had a tubal reversal sep 2019, had hsg 1 year after, according to my ob tubes are blocked, according to my tr doctor he said test was poorly done because it’s showing liquid coming out of vagina during test, he said one tub could be blocked and other tube is inconclusive due to liquid stoping at the uterus ( spasm) frustrating that I payed for this test and still don’t know for sure. Hi Dr. Morris, I recently had the HSG procedure and it was quite painful my doctor had to stop and try again. The dye did not successful go past the uterus which made us think I had proximal blockage. I've had a child before and two years ago a leep procedure but no other issue. Would my pain tolerance be extra sensitive or do I have very blocked tubes? Luckily my insurance does cover IVF (first cycle soon) but was curious about you medical opinion on why it was so painful.
