So in short you want to have 3 projectles as long as possible
Burst gives 3 then regain 1 mirror every 4 seconds
How much ER for him?

I just pulled him and I was confused so from the rotation in order to make him maintain 3 mirrors there are 3 ways to get them which is the burst (instant 3) ,his skill which I think gives 2 mirrors and his charged attack???
