Introduction to Confidence Intervals

I have taken 3 months of University classes and did not fully understand this concept until now. It is amazing what you can do in 6 minutes, which education system unable in 3 months.

95% is the confidence level and .03 is the confidence interval?
Samples Confidence level of 95% for the statistic p hat to be within 0.03 of the parameter p?

Everytime I get confused with important statistics concepts, I come here and feel relieved.
