How to make Smooth Slow MOTION Effect In Premiere Pro

I love adobe however my only issue is optical flow selection on fast motion videos. When I convert to 60fps the result are good but if there's watermarks & subtitles in the video it tends to act strange when there's movement interacting with the titles. Is there a way to fix that issue?
