Yeah I know a therapist that targeted married man , she totally adores my ex , her boyfriend died , so she targeted the married best friend afterwards, she managed to break up the family , then target the son to destroy the mother using her psychiatrist skills and degree so she wins .

What if your wife....soon to be ex...cheats on you with multiple married men. She destroyed our family of 6 to get back on cock carousel. So textbook to my recent experience, thanks Lise. After she ended it, yet again, she entered a 5 day rage with me, came to my house told my wife then the next day begged me to go back. Because I hesitated she went home and took her own life. Now I have to live with that, the near destruction of my marriage and life. I was a zombie shell for the last few months. Recovery is slow and painful but it’s punishment for my behaviour and I deserve it. Despite reading everything and watching every video on NPD I still have this enormous guilt and such strong feelings for this vulnerable beautiful person who had this terrible mental health affliction that they never asked for or deserved. Every video or book seems to attack BPD/NPD people there is so little help or sympathy out there. Just remember any of us could have had this illness as a result of genetics, child neglect and child abuse. Just don’t get caught in this type of relationship before it has very tragic consequences. Take threats of suicide or harm seriously and do what you can without ruining your own life. And definitely don’t have an affair.

My former friend and current neighbor deployed every tactic in this video to groom my husband into an affair. When he started having a midlife crisis and we hadn't had sex in a very long time, he was ripe for the picking. She has always been fixated on me and my happiness. When he initially tried to get me to leave, he used words right out of her playbook when she was gaslighting me to get to him. Anyway, I think she is still trying to get him and it doesn't help that her kitchen window over looks our driveway. Although he will admit nothing but, she left things for me to find ( reading glasses and a dog treat) and took trophies out of my kitchen when she came over when I was at work. My sink is by the back door, she took things out of the drain board. Dumb things to make me feel crazy, like a muffin pan, gravy ladle, frying pan...etc. I think she gave my dog salmonella by bribing him with rotten chicken to get in the house because he hates her. I played this video and left the room. He did listen to more of it than I thought he would. You can't make this craziness up. My Chihuahua almost died. I had not made the connection until I retraced all the odd stuff going on in my absence. She can see when I leave to go to the grocery store or run errands. I don't think she is ever going to let us be. I don't know if he texts with her because he has multiple texting apps. What a nightmare I am living!

This was my ex husband's new woman. She flaunted all of the property and money she inherited from he deceased husband, threw herself on him while he was singing on stage. Total package for him while I was busy working and paying bills. Now he's gone off to play family with her 8 grandchildren, take vacations etc.

Mate poaching, this sounds like an episode of American Horror Story. This should serve as a warning to tread carefully in getting entangled with these reprehensible individuals.

I broke up with a female covert narcissist back in May 2023. In November 2023, and still now she is seeing a married man. The woman has no shame, and no moral values. The woman keeps a poker face all the time. And I was very much in love with that woman. What a shame.

Men, when they meet the partner of a male friend, might stereotypically say something like “I want someone like her.”
Chris Rock, in one of his comedy routines, points out that women, after meeting the partner of one of their female friends, have been known to say something like “I want him.”
Obviously not everyone is like that, but stereotypes exist for a reason and comedy is funny because it has a ring of truth to it.

Thank you for this information. I very narrowly avoided starting a relationship with a narcissistic woman a year and a half ago. I was unfamiliar with narcissistic behavior, but I knew something was wrong, the rudeness, disrespect,deflecting, was all intentional. I was aware of the red flags and did not ignore them. As a Sigma INFJ, my intuition really saved me, and telling my sister everything for an outside perspective. Fortunately, walked away before anything went anywhere,and it still took a lot of healing from the trauma. Thanks to your video, know exactly what I avoided.

I am not married but very recently a much younger woman tried it on me, she is trying to get permanent residency in Canada, I'm an older experienced fox and not so vain and stupid as to believe all the praise and bullshit.
She tried with flashing sex and friendship.After I refused to help her in some légal stuff she gave up and I'm rid of her, I'm not mad at her it was only funny and ridiculous to me.

I was just 2.5 months together with my ex. ONLY a week in she had told me "a friend helped me build up that lamp in my room. Oh yeah, he's a very nice guy and he is going through a hard time. Yes, he's German.. by the way.. did you notice how much I like you (changing the subject)". Well, it turns out, 2.5 months later, that "friend" was a >40 year old married man with a child. I can't prove she has been cheating but she would find the most ridiculous excuses to go to the library everyday.. sometimes breaking out in anger over something that wasn't even bad, just so that she could go. She then didn't contact me until the next day or just plain said "I need time to work on my projects so I won't be available the next days". She had also told me that she has seen this man "here" when I confronted her about it in the library. Also when I asked her to show me the Whatsapp chat with him there was literally nothing in it. She had probably deleted the chat. And she told me "at some point he didn't contact me anymore and I didn't insist in contacting him". Yeah right.
So yeah, I'm pretty sure she cheated with him and I'm pretty sure they did some stuff. She also once came back from the library in leggins and a miniskirt on top of it, which was weird. The longer I thought about it the more I realized how promiscuous and sex-addicted my ex was. I also once time saw a white stain on her jacket but didn't think much about it. I now think it's semen. Well, I broke up with her and she raged a lot. I just blocked her from all social media.

My situation is a married female covert narcissist hoovering me back again after I was devalued and discarded via text. 2 years later she got my attention and she broke no contact. It is like a replay of our first go round with more push pull dynamics. Maybe I'm the next in line or I'm just being bread crumbed slowly. I'm not showing as much attention this go round or buying the connection. Once you know who you are dealing with it really changes the dynamics. You can clearly see how a covert narcissist operates. I'm just living my life and not taking this seriously. I'm a single guy and I can go out with anyone I want. This is what led to the discard the first time... I was spotted with another woman. Instant devalued and discarded.. BUT here we are again just like before lol. Narcs are boomerangs. They always come back for more. It's wild!

My ex who is a covert narcissist was poached by another covert narcissist. Jokes on them, they each thought the other was an empath. She wound up baby trapping him, and telling him she lost her apt and had no where to live. he refused to marry her, he cheated, she cheated and stopped sleeping with him, lol, justice served. That’s not the half of it, what a circus.

Wow, after Dozens of Videos, this is so best, I had cheated on my wife with such a woman, all those steps she mentioned I have gone through with that woman SHR, she made all those steps and the last one she approached my wife and shared all info with her, disgraced me in my office in front of my colleagues and family. The reason she did was I came to know the evil side of her, she had too much experience in Men, too many affairs in the past where she was the only victim, a night Crawler loaded with Multiple Men, each day going out with different men coming back late nights, she made me feel so worse and I cared for her too much ignoring my wife and family. But I guess she figured it out that I wont be leaving my wife at any cost because she loved me, it was my weak personality which dragged me to this level. I am so devastated, so much stressed, but now I am asking for forgiveness to my wife, I am truly believe their was nothing wrong with her affection, rather it was me, my character and personality which made me hurt her this much. The only way I see, is to ask for forgiveness, and make a promise to myself not to lure into such leeches anymore. Nothing else I can do to justify, because the more your justify the more damage you can give to your wife. But that woman SHR, she has no remorse, no guilt a Shameless woman who still roams with other men mostly married, and seek their attention and Validation. Thanks to her active passive behavior and disrespect i came to realize her pathetic motives and decided to leave her for good. Believe me Men, beware of these Cover Narcissist women, they are not worth it, you will end up destroying your reputation, your Career, and entire family which you worked so hard to build. You need to step down immediately, and realize your self worth, she will do her best to destroy you at any cost because they dont love you, they are just obsessed with you and want someone to take care of empty and cold heated self. Homewrecker, Loba, She-wolf, black widow, man-eater....whatever you want to call them, are everywhere. They only like attached men. Keep your eye on the ball (your life, wife/gf, kids, work, etc), so you're not distracted by these sick and twisted souls. Stay strong and don't let them take you down with them. Dear Lisa, this is a blow-by-blow account of how it went down with me. I've now been discarded a second time, and I hope, have learnt my lesson. But I do wonder if all this is premeditated. Because if it is, then I can't think of anything more evil than the person who does this.

As usual, you are spot-on, Lise. One important point for your followers. The steps in this video can happen very quickly, over a matter of months...maybe weeks. Married for 40 years I met someone, also married, who rocked my world exactly as Lise describes here. The process feels exactly like a new love. It exploits all the vulnerabilities in your marriage. In addition, she had a little girl who i fell in love with. She exploited that relationship, making me feel like her sarrogate father. After 2 years of bliss, then a couple months of pulling away, I was ghosted. It's been 5 years now and I'm still hurting. She is now divorced, but I have no interest and learned a valuable life lesson.
