ОтветитьI wish that WW would let you create a recipe and let you put a serving size. I will make a casserole and I hate trying to figure out how many servings are in the dish. I have mentioned this to WW previously but no luck with it yet.
ОтветитьI found out i am insulin resistant. The doctor put me on Metformin for weight loss. Should i be on the diabetic plan? I don't measure blood sugars yet.

ОтветитьI just realized that my meatloaf recipe will be zero points! Ground Beef, oatmeal, tomato juice, egg, salt and pepper and a little onion. Holy mackerel! This is going to be a game changer!
