Great video! I follow Coach Michael G on he and Coach Lauren's cooking videos. Love them! Can't wait for this change though I have to be so careful with some cards especially potatoes and oatmeal.

I wish that WW would let you create a recipe and let you put a serving size. I will make a casserole and I hate trying to figure out how many servings are in the dish. I have mentioned this to WW previously but no luck with it yet.

I found out i am insulin resistant. The doctor put me on Metformin for weight loss. Should i be on the diabetic plan? I don't measure blood sugars yet.

I just realized that my meatloaf recipe will be zero points! Ground Beef, oatmeal, tomato juice, egg, salt and pepper and a little onion. Holy mackerel! This is going to be a game changer!

soooo if I was to make cookies by replacing flour with oat flour by putting oatmeal in the food processor and use either monk fruit or splenda...we can have zero point cookies?

I am so excited that potatoes are zero points...even when they were zero points before I never ate more than the recommended serving size.and oats...i can make my zero point waffles again :)

I’m excited that my Cuban Ajiaco and Puertorican Sancocho will be almost 0 or a few points, sticking to 1 portion is the key as they are starchy and I can eat the whole pot 😝

Steak will not up your cholesterol. High carbs do that. Your body makes most of your cholesterol. Your brain is made of cholesterol. You need cholesterol.
