I got mine after I punched a guy on the floor in a fight man had such a hard head made me tear my cuff

One year post traumatic tear in shoulder. I do light exercise and get by ok. The most helpful thing I have done to stop the pain, 24 hours a day, is to take CBD oil. I do not take opioids or other pain killers I am amazed at the results. CBD is legal. Of course, check with you Doc first..

it hurts- the only way I can sleep at night it A LOT of stuffing (smaller folded and rolled blankets ) around me to keep everything in place. wonderful PT showed me what to do to lessen the pain and help prevent that ~> meat tearing/ripping from the bone ~ feeling, Sadly, well over 20 years :(

I am only 23 and I just torn mine after an injury and now my left arm dislocates very easily.. Doesn't even take me 50 years to have broken body parts.
