ОтветитьAs always, I'm late to the game, but I've completed all 5 days. Best 5 days I've had in a very long time! I've been dealing with severe bursitis pain for weeks, having fallen out of the habit of yoga when work got busy and we started a major project at home. Sleepless nights due to pain brought me back. The first day reminded me that when I am faithful to my yoga, my hips are FAR less painful. 5 days in and no regrets, except that there isn't a "Day 6" video! I'll be back tomorrow, Joelle, even if I do day 1 again, or go back to the first video I found of your's (the supine for bursitis video of 4 years ago). Thank you for what you do, Joelle!

ОтветитьThank you! A few day ago after doing this sequence I had to chase a bus and I could feel how much easier it was to run. I shall return to this practice (this sequence, not chasing buses) from time to time.
Ответитьi’ve been following you for some time now and i’m not sure if i was doing the stretches wrong or what but i wasn’t able to feel too much sensation in these stretches 😢 i’m still going to keep practicing and working on my form!
my hips are in terrible state as well, too the point where my legs are too pretty different lengths 😅 thanks so much for making these videos though, you’ve truly helped me feel a little more comfortable in my body ❤
Done! This challenge gave me back hip mobility that I lost for a while after too busy months! Thanks again for the motivating challenge. Keeping things sassy as ever!

ОтветитьThank you for a fabulous 5 days of hips. The modified bridge pose was interesting, I don't think my arms were quite in the right place. I've always found happy baby difficult, as I can't get my knee anywhere near my chest. I think I'm getting closer than when I started yoga, but it's still at quite an angle.

ОтветитьChallenge completed ✅. My hips sighed a big thanks😂. That modified bridge pose is still a bit difficult for me. But I will come back to this 5 days routine regularly until all the poses become easy for me. Thank you Joelle for your dedication, you teach me to be consistent.
