I like how they're going to possibly have 3 kids and put them all in one bedroom in the basement. I aslo agree about the laundry being to far from the kitchen, and who'd want to hear the washer and dryer going in the main living area? Anyhow, this house is pretty awesome.

The appeal on concrete or stone flooring is the lovely cold on your feet during summer. It tends to maintain a temp fairly well so nice and cool I’m summer and passive heating in winter.
