Oregon is one of the most polluted states in America… it’s forests are all burned to the ground… and the whole state is governed by progressive dictators in Portland, even though most of the state is red and don’t agree with any of the progressive policies that are destroying the state.

I grew up in OR. It is an entirely different animal. I call it "the land time forgot." Also Briggs, OR now has the most stringent anti-gun laws in the country. Yes, it's beautiful nature wise, but other than that, it's a total shit-show. Insane liberals to a bunch of racists in the country regions; OR has it all.

I was born and raised as a fourth generation Portland, Oregonian and I can tell you that the disliking Californians is definitely a strong feeling in the Portland area because a lot of us have the sense that Californians are coming up to Oregon because real estate and what not is cheap and they can buy it up and drive the cost of housing up and they have more money and cause a lot of native Oregonians to be priced out of the market

I live in the best state for the “Devils Weed” Colorado but I don’t call it Devils Weed as it is a God given plant that is well suited for helping MANY people with ailments of many types

This is BS I have heard the opposite, I grew up in Oregon but I have heard due to much of the issues going on in Oregon that it isn’t a good place to live. I absolutely miss Oregon for its beautiful scenery, multiple types of places to visit, the clean air (thanks to the rain) how green it is. I remember as a kid going outside to play even in downpouring rain because if you waited for the rain to stop you might not go out for awhile

What percentage is the state tax? Breweries strip joints and rain lots of rain. Good reason to sit in a strip joint all day and drink beer.

thanks for the vid - I've lived here for 28 years and didn't know about a lot of the stuff you talked about. Anyway, in Oregon you have access to just about any type of ecosystem - desert, high plains/wheat country, fault block mountains, Rocky Mountain type mountains, volcanic type mountains, major river environment, farm country, coast, rainforest, dry forest, sage habitat, - and all reasonably easy to get to by car. Take your pick. From Portland head east, west, north or south. No matter which direction you head, you will not regret it.

While Oregon is friendly for the most part.. But doesn't compared to Midwest Friendly.
