My menu page is showing half screen black after toggle

its giving error on setState
setState(() => currentItem = item);
saying

The method 'setState' isn't defined for the type 'MyApp'.
Try correcting the name to the name of an existing method, or defining a method named 'setState'.

Code needs to be updated. There have been changes and not everything works like it used to 1 year ago. Another example is a WebView 4.0.0. Nothing works with WebView like your videos show any more.
