The "tradional way" of the Old-Fashioned is made with gum syrup (simple syrup), not sugar cubes; and it is made in its rocks glass, not strained from a bar glass. Oh well.

Having been a barista for 5+ years, I’ve been working closely for 2 of those years under a bartender to learn the works, but was deprived any creative freedom. Although, In two days I start a position bartending at an upscale bar in my city, I am incredibly nervous, but motivated.
