ОтветитьAfter all the family was sick last week (save me!),I really wanted to work out, but I was feeling so exhausted! I found one of your "feel good" gems and as always, it was perfect! Thanks so much for making these challenging but slow for those days we need to slow down. Mentally I am ready for my day now too -so that's a bonus! Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into these videos for us!

ОтветитьOk so I am asking for your opinion on that i enjoy pilates and I enjoy low impact workouts . So Nicole is my favorite. But I'm only 18 and people are telling me that this workouts are for elderly people. I don't know what I should do now? I am currently doing her weekly plans with a combination of treadmill walk 30 min 3times a week.

I did pilates 2 days ago and now i get painful calf cramps and buttock cramps with this workout. Luckily I'm at minute 31 now. My leg muscles are very short
