It's TRUE about mustard. When I get cramps or muscle spasms, I take 2 teaspoons by mouth and swallow slowly and in about 2 to 5 minutes the spasms and cramps stop. I have tried this on 2 occasions and I find that it absolutely works. Taking alot of mustard at one time feels a bit funny in your mouth. However, if you dont think about it too much you will be able to take it.

As someone who grew up on an island, spent extensive time on ships of all kinds and sizes, and raised rodents as a kid there is no way in hell that rat guard things work. They would slow them down but they would never keep them out. I've never seen them on any boats here, ever. Rats can jump at least as high as your head and they can squeeze down into spaces so small you'd never believe it.
