I realised I couldn’t even BEGIN to do a sit up because my stomach muscles were almost gone.

This is a good one, not much pressure on neck and, additionally, it strengthens the arms.

Hi dr. I was under anesthesia for two and a half hours.y intestine needs a reminder boost but the surgery was on my right knee. I can't do this, do you have an alternative exercise for me? I am also on a narcotic that contributes this as well😬🙏. I'll be unable to weight bear for weeks yet. Please help if you can. I have no family dr.

Ответитьheeeheeee. I do standing Qigong to relax and develop strength internal and learn to relax under tension lengthening my deep breathing. Go into a horse stance with arms to your side and hold it there starting 5 mins then before you know it, I had it up to 5 hours.
