Let's Play The Core Set 2021 Booster Box Game! Magic: The Gathering

For Father’s Day my wife got me unsanctioned. I had wanted it but I wouldn’t get it for myself since it was rather expensive. She wanted me to have it and it means a lot.

I have a c ore 2021 set coming. Wanna maybe get back into MTG.

Got some bulk cards but wanted somewhat new ones. Idk which other set I should get if any. Just casual playtime kitchen table playing.

2 years late but i want to share. Its simple but its when my wife got me red sleeves and innistrad crimson vow prerelease box. Wife doesnt know anything about mtg but watches me go through my cards and i see her smiling while looking at me. Its touching when she gave me those. Lol

I'm glad these videos exist. There are some cool cards in m21 i mostly only play commander so there's a lot of cards here I can find value in for future decks

Admittedly before I found this channel and yes I realize I'm waaaay late to the party here but I bought the angrath planeswalker deck and was disappointed in it. When I took it apart and made a rakdos pinger deck it got fun but not as an out of the box playable thing

i know this doesn't count towards the giveaway but i wanna share it anyway, my coworker/one of my best friends surprised me with wrenn and six because he know i'm trying to get all of the planeswalkers and that honestly blew my mind

Most surprising thing for me was one of my first times at my LGS, on dog the guys there sat down with me and helped me go through my first deck and find what could be better, and then he gave me a lot of the cards I needed for it. Still have that deck today.

Another else ever wish that real life had this editing when you opened packs? Like that the dollar value showed up or you got the money sound effect? It's so satisfying!  

Also, whenever I am resisting the urge to buy a bunch of packs, these videos help persuade me to just go buy the singles.

A week ago I got a new ps5 from my friend because my ps4 overheated. I love friends man😊

I would love to play thins game... when I was a young kid I bought a chess set and literally had to play against myself, so I'm hesitant about buying MTG. If I can't play it properly I might as well collect something cheaper... like wrinkles and mental health issues.

Who would you recommend selling cards to?

In the first week at a new school a classmate showed me his new deck he made in MTG. At that timei didn't know what MTG was and he just gave it to me and told me we should play after school the next day. So we did exacly that. He brought some more decks, explained the game to me and we had a good time. Scince then im hooked. I still have that deck, i did not change anything in it to this day. I love this deck, as this reminds me of the generosity and kindness you find at your LGS . Not long after that he left the school because his dad died and he had to move to his mother. I will keep this deck forever.

The best gift I have received was a magic the gathering tool kit.

I know it’s too late for the draw but I love the channel and wanted to share the most surprising gift I’ve ever received:

While I was in college I got a job working with international students to help them with their English skills as well as helping them to feel welcome and at home here in the US. A good friend of mine invited me to lunch one day. At lunch she told me that her mother really believes in me and wants to support my future and decided to pay my tuition cost for the Teaching English as a Foreign Language course at my university ($1200!!!!). I was so humbled and grateful. I was floored by the generosity of my friend and her mother and to this day I still teach English online, I lived in Spain for two years teaching with their government, and even met my wife through teaching English education. So that gift literally changed the course of my future in huge, unimaginable ways!

The 1st box was amazing, two of the best pulls out of the set - liliana in foil and ugin borderless art! It's also funny that the showcase lands are more worth then some of the rare cards... xD

I unexpectedly got gifted a stand for my trumpet and while wasn’t expecting it .... it is one of the most used gifts I have ever received. I am a trumpet player and tools are sometimes the best gifts!
