Too bad this functionality is hopelessly broken in zbrush, and no matter how awesome the custom menu you build is, you'll soon be experiencing disappearing buttons, disappearing menus, etc etc. You'll have to reload the custom UI for it to fail all over again.

My mind literally exploded.
