Evan Williams BIB is 👌👌👌
ОтветитьIve seen Weller SR for $60
ОтветитьHave you done a video on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail? I was thinking a trip. Kentucky looks like a really interesting place with history and lots of nature. I will be hauling my little Boler trailer with me from Calgary, Alberta. It's hard to get greater than 80 proof in Canada.
ОтветитьHow you getting Buffalo trace for 30$ 💀
Ответить"Who can afford to drink this crap?!" LOL.
ОтветитьI would like to add Four Roses small batch to the list and, if within the scope of the list, also Ezra Brooks straight rye and I kind of have a liking to Jim Beam double oak, the only one of JB I enjoy as the other ones I find a bit watery in the taste somehow and not in a good way like in say Virginia pipe tobacco.
ОтветитьIs evan williams hard to find? I live in LA
ОтветитьIs Evan Williams bonded discontinued?
ОтветитьSpecial reserve was 70 for a 750 at a local big box liquor store... not a chance in hell I was doing that. I prefer larceny.
ОтветитьGreat video, as always. Buffalo Trace is a fantastic option for under $30. Here in Maine I need to give Buffalo Trace the same qualifier you did: “if you can find it.” On the rare occasion that I see it on store shelves now, just sitting there next to the plethora of Jacks and Jims like a normal bourbon, it’s a very pleasant surprise.
ОтветитьI wasn't impressed with the Evan Williams. I'll let you slide on that one but the bottle I just bought after watching this video had a very weird aftertaste.
ОтветитьReview crown royal Texas Mesquite
ОтветитьGlad to see the kickin' chicken 101 getting some love.
It's my favorite budget Bourbon.
Weller special reserve at my local liquor store is $124!!
ОтветитьCould you do a video of bourbons that you genuinely don’t enjoy? Whether it be because of the whiskey itself or just a let down because of the price? Would love to watch that love the channel man cheers.
ОтветитьBenchmark 8 is fantastic and it's around 13$
ОтветитьElijah Craig I'd an easy 40+ where I'm at
ОтветитьLove this guy
ОтветитьWas about to run out to replenish my budget bourbon and had to watch this video. I love Old Fashioneds and my wife mixes with either Coke or Sprite. That said, I grabbed the trusty Jim Beam Double Oak, but saw the Old Grand-Dad Bonded and had to try it. I am absolutely loving the Old-Grandad in my Old Fashioned right this second. Great recommendations as always. Found me a new budget favorite.
ОтветитьRebel 100 $18
ОтветитьOk I get I'm new to this but someone please explain bottle and bonded? Please and ty
ОтветитьUnfortunately we can’t get anything Buffalo trace makes in pa
Ответитьcoopers craft 100 ❤😋
ОтветитьSo.... what you're saying is, grandad has a lot of nut 😂. On a real note, have you tried Lone Elm? It is a great whiskey. I can usually find it for around 45-50, I recently found some on clearance for 30.
ОтветитьMay I ask where in Alabama that you find Buffalo Trace for that price? Or find it at all? Thanks.
ОтветитьWhat do you think of the Clyde Mays
ОтветитьOld grandad 114 is another great 30$ bottle!
ОтветитьYou definitely hit me where I live! Even Williams B&B is my preferred bourbon, even over higher-priced sips. And, Old Grand Dad B&B, is great stuff esp. at the price. The B&B is so much better than the lower proof version.
ОтветитьEarly Times Bottled-in-bond, hands down.
ОтветитьI have all the bottles you presented, except Ancient Age, Very Old Barton and JW Gant. I would substitute Old Grand Dad 114, Larceny, and Evan Williams 1783. Great channel.
Ответитьyou talk about "tasting the proof" alot. what does that mean?
Ответитьgreat video.. well.. Ancient Acient Age is about as rare in VA ABC stores as PAPPY. 😆😆😆😆
ОтветитьCan't believe they get away with that Ancient Age "10 star" on that label. So misleading.
ОтветитьI have many of those bottles - good to see I wasn't just being cheap. I usually use the Evan Williams BiB for mixing, I will have to try it neat now. If I can just find that Early Time BiB, I will be happy.
ОтветитьGot you on most of these, especially the AAA10 for the price, but not sure about the Benchmark (haven’t tried them all but what I have has been too much corn/too sweet), and don’t understand why you wouldn’t go the 100 on the OF (only a couple dollars more and still way under $30).
ОтветитьBro do you ever feel drunk after your reviews? You drink every single one !! Great review
ОтветитьFantastic Line Up Brewzle. Something to be said for buying a bottle and still having some money left in your pocket. I keep WT101, OGD BiB and Benchmark Bonded in stock at all times.
ОтветитьI finally found some of these over this side of the pond tonight, so picked up a bottle of wild turkey 101
ОтветитьI can't imagine not growing up with old grandad
ОтветитьRoll tide! Going to have to try some of these
ОтветитьHomie found a job he get paid for drinking what a legend
ОтветитьI live in Louisville Kentucky and there is a ton of stuff readily available near me. I just have no clue where to start. I saw makers mark BRT-02 at my liquor store. Im thinking of picking it up. It's pretty cheap too.
ОтветитьWeller SR is $45 in KY. ….. You know the State that’s it made in??? God help KY!!!
ОтветитьThanks for the budget buys. I’ll think I’ll get a few of these to fill my decanters for company. And keep the good stuff for myself lol
ОтветитьI could never stomach strong drink but I got a Elijah Craig bottle and it was phenomenal! 9ver 100proof and taste 100% better than most I've had. Thanks for the info
ОтветитьI highly recommend Woodinville whiskey co. Out of Washington state, give it a try.
ОтветитьIt's funny that you basically just ran through most of my whiskey collection in one sitting, except still haven't seen an Early Times BIB in the wild. I like the Evan Williams BIB, after I've had a couple ounces of something else but seem to find something off putting about it for a first glass of the evening. Great content, as always.
ОтветитьNot even a big drinker but still love the content man, keep it up
ОтветитьLol “if you can find it”…that ain’t no lie when it comes to Buffalo Trace. You need to review Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea.
