GoDaddy Website Builder Tutorial | Full Walkthrough (Step-by-Step)

One of the worst web builders on the web today. It's 2022, if your paying a monthly fee shouldn't we AT LEAST be able to drop a picture on the site and move wherever we want? Feels like a restrictive template builder from 20 years ago. Wasted money.

First you are moving to fast. I couldn’t keep up with you. And my screens don’t look anything like yours. What’s the difference? I’m working from the Basic Plan.

Why my "cover media" does not have "slideshow" option? It only has "Image" and "Video" option.

I have a go daddy domain, and have decided to go with go daddy on the website, but when you show the button that says I have a domain, it doesn't give you the option to select I already have a go daddy domain name, and the ability to put that domain name in. I am lost please help

Thanks for this video. One thing that seems to be a challenge is the size of the video on the header section of the website is too large on mobile devices. Even godaddy's stock videos have the same issue. Would you know how to fix this so the video can be seen in the proper size on a mobile device? Thanks

Trust me when I tell you, don't use GoDaddy's terrible builder. You can't even do something as simple as putting a container, adding a linked text, or even changing the color of a button (that's not in the color theme). It's just so terrible, only use it placehold or when you need a really really basic website.

Otherwise, use something like Wix (heavily recommended, but paid), or weebly which would actually let you change the color of your buttons.

Great start up video...has anyone had any issue with the format depending on the device or search engine used?

Question, is there a way to customize theme colors for more than one color? For example, my brand's colors are aqua and dark brown. Right now I can only change one theme color. The other two are black and white. Can the black be changed to something like dark brown?

Unfortunately, those money-grubbers have made adding a new page a "premium" feature, so you only get the 3 or 4 that come as standard; one being T&Cs and another being Privacy, it really makes it a waste of time! I just wasted 3 hours, and now I will have to start again with google!
