Amazing 👌
ОтветитьImportant information to take note of. Thanks for taking the time to share.
ОтветитьThanks, but what if the Macbook has been in use for some time, and the user suddently finds out a previous owner is still linked to Find My Mac. The previous owner cannot be reached. What would be the options here?
ОтветитьYou would never ask the person to share their password with you. If they did that you could not only use it to unlock your computer, you could also take over their iCloud account. The only way that would be practical is if you could bring the computer back to them and have them type the password in.
ОтветитьMy problem is I forgot my icloud password or I think I did cos anytime I try to sign in it keeps saying "Apple ID not active". I have tried everything and it just does not work.
ОтветитьSo easy! I almost erased my device from Find My- then I saw your easy instructions. Thank you!

ОтветитьI have a problem where I got the macbook air from someone and their apple id is still tied to my find my. I can’t contact them to get their password and I don’t know how to change their apple id find my mac to mine or delete their apple id and I can’t erase my mac cause the person set a firmware password which I also don’t have the password to. I don’t know what to do
ОтветитьWow !! I was so convinced this would help me lol ! I bought an apple MacBook Air recently and partitioned the drive to have windows 11. You know when you press alt key to chose what you want to boot into is windows or macOS, well the activation lock came up asking for a password / code. Luckily the person I bought I from remembered it and gave it to me so I could boot into my preferred operating system. That code still has to be used every time though? She's unlinked her device from Find My ?? I have even logged in and out of Find My on the actual device and it doesn't bring uo her details just mine? Any ideas ? many thanks
ОтветитьThinking of getting a used MBP 14 at a good price, but the activation lock is on and activation window comes up. It’s from a known reseller, not stolen. Don’t know if I’ll be able to get ahold of the previous owner to get the APPLE ID and/or password. Any recommendations? Would APPLE be able to activate the computer if I show the sale receipt?
ОтветитьThanks for a great video and content
Ответитьthanks, helped me a lot
ОтветитьThx so much. Helped me a lot 👍🙂
