I don’t see any of that happening. It would be competing against the iPhone 14 itself and heavily discounted 13s and 12s by then.

I've heard the SE 4 would be 6.1' and I would really hate that, I love the size of the first SE and my current 2020 is still acceptable to me

shame if true since i used to iphones with physical home button. (i still use iphone 6s.)

I'd be happy with the SE4 even in a iPhone 11 body with 14 internals to replace my aging iPhone 11 its down to 77% battery now and launch it at the same price as the current SE and launch it this year. Whats the point in delaying it until 2025.

I would have wanted the iPhone SE 4th Generation to have the design of the XR but with the size of the mini. Would have been great to hold in your hand but a 14 design would be fine if this is coming out in 2025, and im hoping iPhones look different from what we have now by the time that we reach the SE 4's launch

Nooo not oled 😭 I’d no longer have any good options until they get rid of PWM. I have the se2 now, I was considering the se3 but the pics looks over processed/ worst then the SE2! Wack! >_<

NOOOOOOOO! Keep a high quality 1080p LCD screen to keep the price down and a decent NEW iPhone for the 10% of us that can’t use OLED due to PWM. 10% doesn’t sound much, but that’s MILLIONS of Apple customers!

Why would they make the iPhone 15 Plus without the action button? That makes no sense.

That’s why ALTHOUGH I‘M LIVING ON A DISABILITY-Pension, I WILL GET THE UPCOMING 15 PRO MAX. If Apple can provide enough pieces. And there’s the HUGE DOWNSIDE of the price HERE IN SWITZERLAND. For example the 14 Pro Max starts at 1475 $ (128 GB) and increases until 1611.39 $ for the 256 GB model. It’s HUGE if You compare the price to the US of ONLY 999 $ (equals 879 Swiss Francs) respectively 1099 $ equals 967.78 Swiss Francs which is about a quarter of the average monthly income here in Switzerland.
I guess the difference between my current 11 Pro Max and 12 Pro Max and the 15 Pro Max with the the "Dynamic Island" 120 hertz Pro Motion and last but not least THE LONG-LONG AWAITED USB-C Charging port, will be noticeable.

The iPhone mini design should be tried again outside of a 2020 lockdown scenario, and with USB-C so not connector impaired.

I also think Apple should retain a Touch ID model for older users who would be slow to embrace change. Really could just keep basically that same SE as currently given they don’t use intensive apps. Maybe even rebrand as Seniors Edition.

I wish they would just drop it in September

120Hz display and bigger battery are what people care about. No one cares about that little tiny button that’s intended to be designed by Apple for distracting people’s attention.

It makes a whole lot of sense if the iPhone SE 4 was in a iPhone 13 mini housing instead of an XR housing. Having a revised iPhone 13 mini would satisfy so many people who have been begging for a new mini phone.

Glad I've just bought (waiting for enough time to unbox and transfer my stuff to it) SE 3. With the SE 4 rumours... USB-C = Good. Face ID = Meh, if you must. Price and larger size = No thank you!
After buying SE 1, 2 & 3, I'm not interested in a huge and expensive phone. Looks like I'll get a second hand (to save money) iPhone Mini (for the size) next.

Sucks if true. The white iPhone 8 is the perfect phone for me. I don’t want a larger and heavier phone with a notch. I guess the next phone that I’ll get will be the SE 3, and I’ll have to make it last as long as possible.

Hell no. Anyone with an iPhone 12 or newer doesn’t need a new phone lol only way I can see them selling something unique and cool, is if they brought back an iPhone 4 body with an oled screen and flagship internals

I'm glad I bought a latest gen iPhone SE (3) in anticipation of this. This is going to be more expensive, no touch-id, and inherits many of the design ideas I don't jive with in the current flagship iPhones...

As a 13 Mini User, I want a new mini sized in the future! Have a regular size for work and it feels huge in comparaison 🥲

I don't like them giving it an OLED. IPS is very adequate.
I feel they should outright get rid of the camera, but I suppose that'd upset people more than not, and maybe it doesn't save much dollar bills.
Maybe placing an IPS into the thing doesn't save many dollar bills. Beats me.
Maybe it's about the notch. Maybe they cannot notch an IPS, but they can notch an OLED. News to me.

I'd hope it's not a rounded design. The squared edge is Apple's iconic 2010s design, in my opinion.
Everybody else plays around with rounded junk, in my understanding, but Apple had this more utility look to it. Machined.

Oh well. :) They will make the correct decisions. I cannot make those decisions, because I do not have the information and I am not that good — nor do I care. It's their businness; not mine.
