Pastor Mike, I want to thank you for this series on Relationships. I am 67 years old and I have learned so much. You are right, more teaching on Relationships needs to take place in the body of Christ. I have struggled all of my life with singleness because I wanted to be needed, and feel worthy as a human being. I realize most of this insecurity occurred at an earlier age. I have been working on those insecurities and teachings like this fortify me. I will share this teaching with my grandchildren because I want them to understand the order of God for their lives and not make the mistakes I made as a teenager. Blessings to you, your family and the congregation God has given you to lead. You are doing a phenomenal service unto the Lord.

I love Pastor Mike,this is a 6 years old video but this is my current season. A 46 year old divorced woman of 9 years, he has since transitioned and I have had 2 relationships since then,the last one ended last year. I am being pursued by someone I have known for over 12 years but God told me when that relationship ended that I needed to spend the next two years single and finally alone,as that is something I never experienced. As I have always had a man biting at my heels.

God gives your spouse the anointing to expose anything that’s not like him. If you don’t work on it in your singleness, you will be frustrated in your marriage. ❤❤

Attention believers, Michael Todd is a supporter of the word of faith movement, a false teaching that goes against the Bible's teachings, he may say some things that seem true, but he is a false teacher and must be exposed and avoided. Jesus said "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves, by their fruits you shall know them". Todd also joins up with other false teachers like TD Jakes and Steven Furtick, as well as stating that Jesus "never reached His potential", which is a complete lie. Use the Bible to test the teachings, actions, and lifestyles of the people you hear to see if it is in line with biblical teachings. We are all sinners who deserve God's wrath and judgement, because God is holy, righteous, just, and perfect in all His ways, He hates sin and we are of the brink of being throw into the lake of fire for all eternity separated from God and in torment. But because He is love, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, who never sinned and was perfect, to die in our place and take our punishment for sin on a cross before raising from the dead by the power of God. If we renounce and confess our sins to God in prayer, ask for His forgiveness, accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, and commit to following HIS will and being HIS slave, not vice versa, God will forgive us, justify us, live inside of us through the Holy Spirit, guiding us to do His will, and save us from eternal punishment and bring us into eternal life and a relationship with Him. We must commit to reading studying the Bible daily for spiritual growth and guidance from God, pray to God without ceasing, fellowship with other Christians at Church, serving and loving others with God's help for His glory, avoiding and exposing sinfulness for what it is (including false teachers like Michael Todd), and sharing this true Gospel with others so they may be saved, all to the glory of God, and with the help and in the power of the Holy Spirit. If you read 2 John 1:10-11, you will read that if you support, encourage, praise, or welcome a false teacher, you are participating in their evil work, so don't watch Michael Todd or support him anymore.

POINT: You gotta love yourself before you can love others

You will always look to others for purpose if you dont look to Jesus first and if you're not content being single

IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO BE SINGLE FIRST THAN MARRIED
-God made adam single first before he got married

QUESTION: WHAT ARE YOU HIDING IN YOUR SINGLENESS THAT YOUR MARRIED PARTNER WOULDNT WANT TO FIND OUT?
-Not fixing your issues while single will come out in your marriage and lead to divorce.

POINT: Its ok to be SINGLE but its not good to be ALONE
ALONE = ALL IN ONE IN HEBREW
SINGLE = APART AND DETACHED

GODLY SINGLENESS = Whole, unified with one's self, to be one

What the enemy cannot destroy, he distracts..

Divorce hurts worse than giving birth to children

I was married at 22 and divorced 4 years after. About 20 years later I’m thankful for my singleness and thankful what God is doing because I want to be remarried again. ❤

I was enjoying the series up until “you can’t leave the marriage even if he hit you”. This is not an abuse informed church. SMH. The church needs to hear more stories of women who God has delivered from abuse and actively helped them get out of the marriage where the husband refused to submit to God.
