Westchase is a wonderful community. The location is ideal, the neighborhoods are beautiful and if you enjoy being outdoors it has so much to offer. The people are great.

No, it’s because in that area only rich people live and people that finally can afford one of those homes, have made a big deal out of it…that’s it…Westchase is no different than New Tampa or Carrolwood of Tampa and Avila of Tampa, if you now take a look at the kind of people live there is no difference…
