Hello, I'm a newbie. I have set my mind to do a machine learning project using python which is credit card fraud detection. Now, I did able to know that i have to make datasets into kaggle but which I dont able to understand that how can I make my data's into dynamic datasets. I'm simplifying it for u - datasets inputed from kaggle. It is like an static datasets. Which is just stored in kaggle. And i can only work with the datasets which are in kaggle. Other than, I can not be able to use more data outside of kaggle. So my question is how can i use any data... Like a user input any data and it would be stored in kaggle and that data would be dynamic..... Which i dont need to input into kaggle...
