Brad, I haven't watched a video in some time but I wanted to leave a comment to tell you about your impact on my life. I was hopeless at 20/21, doing drugs, hopeless job, etc. I had always been into hosting game servers for the boys and modding games and decided to try software as a career path. I took your "Fundamentals of Javascript" course around 2018. It gave me the foundation to build the rest of my accomplishments on. Your way of teaching was amazing for someone just coming into the sphere. In the years since then I've completed my BS in Computer Science and have been working as an engineer for nearly 2 years in the ML infra space. Thank you Brad.
Ответитьand is anyone suggesting that in maybe about 5 or 10 years they won`t need any developers and will use ai instead?
Ответитьin front end developing they require responsive design as well,...right?
ОтветитьThank you very much for this context and for providing the lists of role-specific technologies.
ОтветитьI really do think the React family (component-based JSX/TSX frameworks/design methodology) is by far the most versatile and important piece of tech that developers should learn. Once you get comfortable with JavaScript, HTML and CSS, jumping over to the JSX approach opens so many doors as React has React Native for mobile, you can also more easily learn Qwik (which is imo the future of JS frameworks with it's SSR hydration approach reducing server requests) and it's a lot more dynamic and malleable than something like Angular (not that Angular is bad or anything, it's actually my first framework that I learned and actually quite like it but only for specific use cases).
ОтветитьAwesome video! It's good to know what's out there in the web development space
ОтветитьHope someone can answer my question. As a freelance developer working on a front + backend ecommerce project (React Frontend + Magento API), to what extend are you going to ensure your client that the site is secure?
ОтветитьGood video
ОтветитьThe GOAT. Thanks for your great impact on so many of us. Lots of love from Ghana 🇬🇭 😊
ОтветитьTo be honest, is it still worth learning coding in 2023/2024
Ответитьgreat
ОтветитьHi buddy, I hope you are well, so nice to see you on video
Ответитьyeeeeeees great topic thanks for covering this
ОтветитьPlz upload videos of marketplace apps like olx, quickr using react js and firebase
ОтветитьThis video was awesome. I think blockchain and smart contracts maybe the future of the business finance world.
ОтветитьI have a Devops foundation and don't know where to start
ОтветитьVery cool
ОтветитьWhere would you say a creative technologist fits in?
ОтветитьI really like the breakdown you have done. If you look at jobs that are being posted on sites like Linked In or Indeed, so many companies just list everything as a requirement. Long gone are the days when 'webmaster' was all you needed to be lol.
ОтветитьI know that the topic has nothing to do with the video, but for humanity. Recently, Israel bombed a house in southern Gaza, killing at least 10 people - 7 of them children. So far, the number of killers in Gaza has exceeded 3,500 dead, most of whom are children and women. I hope that To have a voice in this for humanity
ОтветитьThank you Brad. This video will be a guide for my up coming training and carrier adjustments. And it came in at a such perfect time thats unbelivable. Thanks again. Keep up the good work.
ОтветитьMobile app course would be awesome!
ОтветитьWeb Developer, is this dying because of AI?
ОтветитьLooking good man i can see you lost some weight looking healthy bro 👊
ОтветитьHey brad sir plz also make a career path to data scientists
Iam doing my degree in Data science and learning web development as a side skill so please sir make a look over here too😊
Haven’t watched the video yet but I already appreciate it. You never see such a breakdown of different roles under the umbrella
ОтветитьMe after this video telling my self: "Dude we are more skilled thhan expected, we are ninja"
Ответитьgreat video, it realy helps to know what to focus on
ОтветитьUx, Ui
Full stack
VR Development (3d modeling, animation, unity
Mobile app dev
Chat bot dev
this is some million-dollar advice.
I've been swimming the entire ocean trying to know a little of everything, I will now focus more on one thing and be a master in in first.
This video is 2 weeks old but anychance that we can get the slides ?
ОтветитьBrad, have you ever take steroids?
ОтветитьI’ve been trying to learn for a few years. I always get distracted with “new” or “cool” things. It’s hurt me so much. I’ve taken a step back and I’m trying to learn HTML, CSS, Django and React. Mainly cause I need to get up to speed so I can try to make money on the side.
Do you think I should take a step back?
Very helpful advice and great video as always! Love to watch your videos. Thanks for inspiring!
Ответитьi really appreciate your educational videos have helped me a lot most especially the 4 hours long laravel course (laragigs).
And i have a request for a livewire and laravel crash course
Guruji looking healthy. Love from Bangladesh. ❤❤
ОтветитьHey brad, you look slimmer? I haven't watched ur videos for quite a while and you look healthier...
ОтветитьAfter 25 years as an enterprise Java developer this video is helpful to discovering the next phase of my journey! The need for work/life balance made it difficult to learn new technology when the 45+ hour week only allowed for "real work", meetings, soft-skills training and time management. I'm currently like a kid in the toy store learning React, Node, Docker and thinking about training to get certified as a "Secure Software Lifecycle Professional". Oy! This video shows you that to be successful you need to choose a path you can stick to.
ОтветитьNow the same for data-related career paths please? 😉 Seriously, amazing work! Thanks
ОтветитьBrad what you think about this new AI “movement”. I kinda have feeling that last years in the office there was a one senior dev 2 mid and 2 juniors and the sneior dev watching for the mid and juniors. But now companies didn’t hire a junior or mid and they have one Senior dev with AI. I have a feeling like you can do a lot things but get no chance nowadays. If you don’t have an experience then you need to be a senior at home then you will find a job… otherwise thanks a lot brother for the things that you do ))))
ОтветитьHi Brad, I was cut off from the Web Development learning journey for the past 5 months.
Man, you shocked me! Your body transformation is effffing magical and commendable! I appreciate you for that mate. Keep it. Looking awesome.
Great video! I’m new to development I’m interested in Blockchain Development does anyone have any advice on whether Blockchain is worth it?
ОтветитьHello Brad, I just wanted to express my gratitude. I've been working as a software engineer for the past two years, and your tutorials played a significant role in getting me where I am today. Sending love from the Philippines!
ОтветитьHie Brad I have been learning PHP but I always hit a brick wall when it comes to adding more functionality with Javascript would you suggest that I take javascript first then move on to PHP or?
ОтветитьThe gentleman is just good. Thank you, i have subscribed to go back and be guided
ОтветитьGreat video !! 😊
ОтветитьHi Brad, A massive thank you for giving valuable content to the community. This helps a lot because the field is so huge that confused about where we should go or choose. Years ago web master was enough to know...
ОтветитьWhen I started web dev 5 years ago, I was told to avoid PWA since they don't app store support. Has there been a shift? I rarely hear of PWA's.
Ответить
