Warcraft 3 error

Could you please explain that I can not stand the urge to play anymore?

But he does not tell me to repeat it, he just says cancel and he tells me error: 0x85200069 operation canceled

Just a tipp for players, who maybe still wanna play wc3 nowadays: u can enter ur CD-Key (if its a legal one) on the battlenet homepage and get a digital copy of the game for free. (e.g. my cd was damaged, so it was my only solution)

try it again eject the cd and put it back in and if it doesn't work then call Blizzard to replace your CD because it might be corrupted

I can't install The frozen throne... it installs for like 2-3 minutes... and then my computer freezes and i have to restart my computer, can someone help me? :S

Mine wont install it says: The file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Warcraft III.temp\Movies.temp" could not be renamed to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Warcraft III.temp\Movies". (ConflictManager::ResolveConflicts/1) what should I do?

My problem is not having the game installed. I installed it fine, but then when i downloaded the update for online play, and clicked "Restart" to restart the game, it came up with an error that said a file couldn't be located. the file is called "C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\war3x.mpq" I downloaded that file but i can't find any way to install it because i don't know anything that will run an mpq that doesn't charge money

nevermind i fixed it

hey mine only stops once, and it stops at C:\Program FIles\Warcraft III\Movies\UndeadEd.mpg and error is D:\Movies\UndeadEd.mpg Error 0x00000017: Data error (cyclic redundancy check) [FileUtil.cpp:816] my cd may have 1-2 scratches, but i dont know how they got there, maybe they were there all the time but i really take care of my cd's, how do i fix this pls help!

aa xD lol i was not reading your comment !! xD you have installed Reign of chaos ? If you have it will not be any problem. NB! If you just drag the a folder from another computer then your computer will not let you install FT because you did¨nt install the game ont your computer, So if that`s a problem try to reinstall ROC one more time :D hope it helped you ;)

Can be many reasons but i think if you already installed directx 10 it will not be a problem. Did this "Error" stop you from installing Warcraft?

my problem was, i had installed directx 10 but it keeps saying that it requires dx 8.0 or above... why????

I have one way you can do it :) if you look at my video one more time you can see i added a video. Its a link. It will show you how to download warcraft 3 online ;) the real game no torrents or anything. Its from the blizzard page :) so i hope this help you :)

Yes, error 0x00000017...you got an answer for that? tried to remount it several times in diffrent ways...but none worked...
