Wow, even an ariel, that'll be the first to disappear in a car wash, why not keep the key in your pocket, why does it have to go in the cup holder, sorry it's rubbish. But cheap, yes.
ОтветитьA longer eC3 (or an upcoming eC3 Aircross if u prefer)... a lot of things are soooo similar (probably starting from the engine...). Glad they get rid of the piano black inside, I hate it.
Ответить90s are back is that why you’re wearing white jeans?😂
ОтветитьNot a good louking car, just another citroen....
ОтветитьIt looks like a rebadge Citroen C3 😏
ОтветитьThese new Opel`s just look terrible, every single one
ОтветитьPutting a key in the.... Well it's not ignition is it? I don't understand why Vauxhall is going retro. Who uses a key these days? Stupid idea.
ОтветитьEven Jack from Fully Charged fits in the back.
ОтветитьElectric crap worthless in 5 years battery bomb government is pushing evs when has government done anything good for you wake up its a scam
ОтветитьSo it can be summed up as alright, not bad, OK, or about as interesting as my new washing machine.
ОтветитьIt’s so dull and forgettable… Even your great reviewing style can’t save it!
ОтветитьLooks odd in the Vauxhall range - everything else has a centre line on the bonet...
Why? Well what we have here is the Cirtoen e C3 with a warm over... they didnt bother changing the bonet to give it Vauxhall identity, I think that cost saving was one too far.
As for the rubber inserts, I had an Austin Montego that had those, as did the Metro my wife had, good things but nothing to get excided about.
I do like the key and the old school buttons, and thats a clue on what they are doing. They are making an old school car that anyone can just get in and drive. No strange indicators, gear shifting by screen, just familiar stuff that works. Its for old people (over 35) who dong give a sh** about screens and apps when driving!
Does it have a transmission tunnel?
ОтветитьThe nasty plastic Peugeot (maybe Stellantis) key is only fit for the bin. Families on a budget cannot afford a £30k car whether or not it’s electric
ОтветитьThe rear passenger space/legroom is much better, and makes the car more useable, than the Volvo EX30. Frontera is a bit (147mm) longer overall at 4,380mm versus EX30's 4,233 mm.
ОтветитьLove your review, but they should offer a prize to the first reviewer who doesn't mention ' scratchy plastic '. Also ' a value car ' at 27 grand - bonkers !
ОтветитьNicola's review is better than Jack's because she didn't say "C-segment".
I couldn't give a Donald Duck about yet another family SUV, but I really appreciate the utilitarian interior with basic plastics and rubber everywhere.
Look, we're all getting a bad deal in Europe compared to the variety of affordable and attractive EVs in china.
ОтветитьWhy is it most car reviewers have no pockets or bag to put the key in for keyless start cars?
ОтветитьI approve of putting the key in the ignition switch 👍🏾👍🏾
ОтветитьAnother SUV? Naaaay! Cooled wireless charging and no piano black? Yaaaaay!
ОтветитьWhat a silly idea to have an ignition key. After 6 years of EV driving I can assure you that no regen and coasting gives much better range
ОтветитьMaybe C is for coast, rather than comfort. Just a thought. Good vid though.
ОтветитьIt’s got a lipstick holder 😮😮😮
ОтветитьLet’s hope it isn’t the crap it was last time round 😂😂😂
ОтветитьNice practical family car, I’m underwhelmed by the WLTP range though, 250 miles is a bit low for a family car which will driving up and down motorways and cross channel ferries for family holidays (that’s what our cars were doing every Easter, May half term and Summer when the kids were growing up), even now I still do a 400 mile round trip every month to visit my mother. For me the benchmark C-segment crossover is still the Kia eNiro/Niro EV which combines a range of 280+ miles with massive efficiency; the Frontera has less range than a similar car that is 5 years old! Come on Vauxhall, try harder!
ОтветитьLooks like a T-cross
ОтветитьThese videos are basically just ads at this point 😂 you really like the fact you need to put the key in??
ОтветитьMakes me wonder as Vauxhall/Opel have seemingly prices this so well, then who exactly is going to buy an Astra EV? Surely this makes the Astra hugely overpriced
ОтветитьThat would all be rubbish... give the price, the range, wether it has blended brakes or not then burn sume rubber :)
Ответитьit's almost as if vauxhall have realised pricing a car at 36 grand and then actually selling it for 20 isn't the best way of doing things.
ОтветитьThe idea of being able to att over 440lbs of weight onto the top of the roof seems like a great idea.
Remember Henry VIII's ship, the Mary Rose that sank in Portsmouth harbour after it did a sharp turn because it was overloaded at the top end.
Given the original was a re-badged Isuzu it’s hardly surprising that this would be another badge engineered blancmange 😆
ОтветитьThis car ticks all the boxes for me. It has the right size and practicality. No huge, expensive and inefficient wheels gets a yes from me. No piano black is a DOUBLE YES! Even better it also has simple buttons to disable annoying lane keeping and alarms. And that does it, I'm buying one if they price it right (or rather an Opel badged one since I live in Mainland Europe).
Btw. 111 bhp is more than enough to get you from A to B. You don't want to drive fast in a boxy EV anyway, that will just be time and money wasted at a charger.
200kg roof load likely static rather than mobile tbh
ОтветитьRugged lol no way looks shite and for 30k
ОтветитьTrying to put most e-bikes onto the roof could cause injury 😂🤣
ОтветитьOh… sigh… another EV that we'll never see on this side of the pond. Tsk. Welp… better get a portable vacuum for those crumbs. BTW… I miss your glasses, Nicola.
ОтветитьThose comfort front seats are an interesting decision. For someone who has had lower back issues for a few decades like me this could well be a deal maker. There is also a plus side that farts don't get trapped in the seat and cause it to rot. I quite like the car but that power of the motor might be an issue, I guess a test drive is a must as it should be an all cars ideally.
Ответитьjust a rebadged c3 aircross
ОтветитьWasn’t the Frontera just a rebadged Isuzu?
ОтветитьDamn...a little bit tighter pls🙏
ОтветитьHang-on. You don’t like ‘Build Your Dream’ but think ‘Frontera’ is classy.
ОтветитьSo Opels are cheap and nasty now..
Man, Stellantis really only make sh*t right now and this doesn't change anything.
Stupid comments!
ОтветитьNo Chrome you can thank the EUSSR for that 😖😖😖well BoE says £28.4 K — but we won’t argue 🙂
ОтветитьStellantis cost cutting at its finest no? Rebadged, slightly bigger Citroen e-C3 😂. Starting to all look the same. sigh
ОтветитьIts' expected the new Frontera will be approximately the same price as the Citroen C3 Aircross which luckily shares the same classic "Vauxhall Design LED headlights". What a load of BS.
ОтветитьDid the designer own a Yeti?
Ответить
